Interpretation day 3 ;
Total energy intake in this day was 2141 kcal while the recommendation is 2036 kcal / day . the
protein intake in this day was exceed but for the fat and carbohydrate the intake was less than the
recommendation needed .

CONCLUSION OF INTERPRETATION :

: BEE x Physical activity level


1567 x 1,76 = 2.758 kcal

a.
Protein Requirement :

15 % of TEE = 4140 kcal = 103,5 gr

( 1 gr protein produce 4 kcal )


b.
Fat Requirement :

25 % of TEE = 689,5 kcal = 76,69 gr

( 1 gr fat produce 9 kcal )


c.
Carbohydrate Requirement :

60 % of TEE = 1655 kcal = 413,75 gr

( 1 gr carbohydrate produce 4 kcal )


These are the energy , protein , fat , and carbohydrate requirement for me . So in conclusion ,
energy and protein intake for the mean day is good . but for fat and carbohydrate intake still need
more attention for each day intake and needed .
