Project Planning & Management

Managing MEP project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities,
machines, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.

Ensuring that site operations are carried out smoothly with Industrial Specifications of Installation
and Testing & Commissioning operations.

Planning of machinery/manpower/materials and money; dealing with consultants/ licensors/

statutory bodies for compliance of requirements.

Receiving the contractual documents pertaining to the project and preparing activity schedules,
identifying the personnel required for carrying out the site works, preparing the SLD & BOQ as per
sites requirements submitting to approvals.

Reviewing planning of contractors & its man-power, preparing and submitting weekly and monthly
progress reports to HO, interacting with customers, contractors and HO.
Commercial Operations

Managing the tendering process from floating of bids to awarding of contracts; coordinating with
third parties with regard to negotiations, cost statements, bills, variation proposals, claims, etc.

Liaising with regulatory authorities and govt. departments like for obtaining necessary sanctions /
clearances & ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
Erection & Commissioning

Anchoring and planning erection & commissioning activities for equipments/machinery.

Conduct regular reviews and team meetings to ensure timely Completion of the Projects

Installing & commissioning and conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of
plant & utilities; planning & effectuating maintenance schedules for machines and equipments.

Operations & Maintenance

Planning and effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments
to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through
application of trouble shooting tools.

Design/Selection, Installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance of HT & LT switch boards,
Bus ducts and Motors.

Design/Selection, Laying, testing and commissioning of HT / LT and control cables.

Design, Installation, testing and commissioning of double pole, four pole structure works. Erection,
testing and commissioning of HV and EHV substations 11KV/33KV/110KV.
Design, Installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Industrial and multistoried building
lighting work, street light, flood light poles and lighting tower,busbar trucking, cable trays and
earthing systems
Preparing of as built drawings, cable schedule and control cable termination.
Designing of Electrical Layouts and SLD for Power and Lighting
Check measurement of contractor bills, estimation, tender negotiations, monitoring daily progress
thro bar chart and co-ordination with consultants.
