AGREEMENT OF WORK (LABOUR)

Agreement made this day of___________________2015/2016 between

Mr._________________________S/o__________________________R/o_________________
____________________________________________________________
Hyderabad, here in after called the Owner of the one part and Civil
Contractor here in after called Contractor of the other part. Where as the
Contractor have agreed with the Owner for the performance of the work
Construction of Building, all external works related to the plot
at________________for Mr.__________________ with following terms & conditions.
The contract shall be an item wise rate contract for all civil works viz., P.C.C.,
R.C.C., brick work, plastering elevation etc. for G.Floor & F.Floor, Second
Floor & Third Floor shall be for rate per slab area.
The rates quoted are for ground floor shall be enhanced by 10% for each
upper floor.
Thecontractor shalbring hisownmen
Tools&Plants(Gampas,Poudas,Buckets,Drums,Ballies
Scaffolding,miller&Vibrator ets) for the same shall be provided by the owner.
The owner shall supply metirial on time and schedule.
The works shall be carried out as per agreed norms, standards & as per
specifications.
The Owner shall supply the power and water required at site free of cost for
labour.
The owner shall appoint a watchman for site security.
Any changes to the agreed specs, any other additions and for items for
which rate not quoted shall be paid separately as per the prevailing market
rates.
Mode of payments a An advance of Rs.______________for mobilization shall be
paid to the contractor, which shall be adjusted in further bills and weekly
payment to be arranged as per muster roll and measurement to be taken.
Remaining running bills as recommended by site concerned.
