I am reluctant to bring to your attention the unwillingness of your staff to

I realize the U.S District Court is presently overwhelmed with processing

an insane caseload comprised primarily of human and drug trafficking, rape,
murder, child-sexual slavery, etc. actions which are directly and foreseeably
consequent to more than three decades of Defendants Open Border Policy,
the purpose of which was to aid and abet, entice and invite and to otherwise
encourage impoverished Mexican citizens to illegally enter the United States
for the purpose of economic and political exploitation.

However; as you and your fellow district court judges well know, Open
Border Policy has seriously compromised this countrys national security and
eroded public confidence in the Rule of Law, as evidenced by their purchase
of even more firearms, including what the media describes as military style
assault rifles to defend themselves here in Arizona from against future attacks by both Mexican drug cartel members1 and intelligent2, well trained3,
devoted followers of Conservative Islam.
Moreover; your staffs delay has created problems which have seriously
compromised Plaintiffs effort to bring Defendants to justice in a court of
law and to prosecute his case, most immediately, Plaintiffs requirement to
disclose the identity of his expert witness and his report which were due on
June 7, 2016, as per your order dated February 4, 2016 (Doc. 48).
Plaintiff clearly outlined this problem in his Motion to Stay Scheduling
order (Doc. 57) filed on April 11, 2016.
Therefore, would you be so kind as to inform me when I might expect
your various rulings, the most immediate being Plaintiffs Motion to Stay
Scheduling Order?
