Admission Application Form :
System can get all the candidate details for filling the form by student online.
Already given some checks for eligibility based on the student applications.
When we click on the Admission Application Form link, Then we can see the following
application form for the admission

After click on the Submit application button, then the candidate can registered successfully. The

screen will be displayed as follows

Here we can see the challan number for the future reference.

When we click on Print Challan in the above screen, then the following challan will be
displayed.

The student need to pay the challan in the specified bank(Need to select bank in the application
form) and upload.
Download Challan: If we click on the Download Challan Link, We can download the above
challan again (If needed).

Upload Challan: If we click on Upload Challan, The following screen will be displayed

In the above screen, the student need to give the challan number and submit. After click on the
submit button then the following screen will be displayed for upload the challan.

In the above screen need fill the Journal number,Payment date, Place and choose the scan copy
of the paid challan and click on submit.
Now the challan is uploaded
aded into the system then the admin can view the challan and details.If it
is correct then the admin will approve.
Print Admission Application Form: After upload the paid challan, The student can get the
application form with payment details as follows af

When we click on Print Admission Form,Then the following screen will be dispalyed

When we click on the Print Admission Application, Student can get the following screen and
give the challan id in the following screen

After given the challan id and click on submit button. Then Student can get the following
Admission Application.

Admit Card: After approval from the university admin, the student can get the admission
number and admit card automatically i.e. generated by the system.
When click on Download Admit Card, Then the following screen will be displayed with the
reference of the Challana ID.
Note: after payment made , upload the online challana Journal number , get the print of
Admission application and send the Printed application along
