Who Are Creation

7th Day Adventists?

I saw another angel come down from heaven,
having great power and the everlasting gospel
to preach unto them that dwell on the earth,
and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue,
and people.
The Lord is not slow about His promise,
as some count slowness, but is patient toward
you, not wishing for any to perish but for all
to come to repentance.
Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the
trees, till we have sealed the servants of our
God in their foreheads.

(Revelation 14:6; 2 Peter 3:9; Revelation 7:3)

And I will give them an heart to know me,

that I am the Lord; and they shall be my
people, and I will be their God, for they
shall return unto me with their whole
heart. (Jeremiah 24:7)

A Joyful People

A Biblical People

A United People

Creation Seventh Day Adventists (CSDAs)

are a people who have found what the Holy Bible
calls the joy of [Gods] salvation. (Psalm 51:12)

Many Churches claim to be Bible-believing.

Almost all, however, will add interpretations, traditions, or compromises that weaken the impact of
the Scriptures inspiration. (Mark 7:13)

The Biblical concept of a covenant is very

important in CSDA theology. The simple idea
that a promise, once given, must be kept is central
to Christian beliefs.

CSDAs are committed to the plainest possible

reading of the Word of God, resulting in the belief
that the Bible is:

From simple promises made among friends to

vows spoken before God, CSDAs believe that
integrity is a gift from God worth preserving.
(Proverbs 20:7)

An accurate record of our origins according

to the Book of Genesis.

One consequence of this belief is an emphasis

on Gods united people as His visible representation on the earth, and a natural extension of the
concept of the family designed to bless and
strengthen the individual Christian. (Ephesians
3:14-19, 4:11-13)

They have learned, by a full and unconditional acceptance of the Gospel Message, the
literal truth of the promise, that Whosoever is
born of God doth not commit sin; for His Seed
remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he is
born of God. (1 John 3:9)
So many people in the world are dealing with
sorrow, loss, frustration, worry, and other negative emotions. While they may blame various
circumstances or events in their lives, the true
cause for mankinds suffering is ultimately sin,
the resistance of Gods perfect will for their
lives.
There are a people who have decided, once
and for all, that the love of God will reign in their
lives, casting out sin by the power of Jesus
Christ, the Son of God, and entering spiritual
rest. (Matthew 11:28)
Gone are the anxieties associated with the
modern lifestyle. Gone is the anger and fear that
prevents human beings from realizing their potential, and from utilizing their God-given gifts
and talents in ways that bless others and benefit
society.
Creation Seventh Day Adventism teaches the
benefits of believing the Word of God about our
lives. Specifically, the Bible tells us that the
Almighty Creator has made each of us unique,
and has an ideal plan for every one of us. (Psalm
32:8)

By faith in God and His plans, anyone may

go out with joy, and be led forth with
peace. (Isaiah 55:12)

A true account of our spiritual history according

to the Old Testament writers.
A description of Gods true love for us in the
ministry and sacrifice of His Son as written in
the Gospels.
A continuing guide for our lives even in modern
age, with the Biblical, seventh day Sabbath rest
identified as being particularly relevant.
A preview of coming events and ultimately
everlasting life for the faithful upon the soon
return of Jesus Christ as described in the Book
of Revelation.
One of the key beliefs of Creation Seventh Day
Adventists is the need for a well-defined and
proper separation of Church and state, with Gods
Law being the supreme authority. A firm stance on
this matter separates CSDAs from most other
forms of Christianity, including the more wellknown Seventh-day Adventist Church from which
it separated in the early 1980s.

While it has become fashionable, even in the

Christian world, to look down on organized religion, the God of the Bible is described as being
a God of order, and not of chaos. (1 Corinthians
14:33) He is a God of faith and consistency,
always relating to humanity through a covenant
relationship. (Genesis 9:9, Hebrews 12:24)
Individuality is very important in religion, but
so is the concept of a collective identity. God
choose a nation, Israel, to fulfill His will in the
Old Testament. Similarly, He has chosen a distinct people to inherit the promises made to this
nation to act on His behalf today. (Psalm 135:4,
1Peter 2:9)
The Creation Seventh Day Adventist position
on Christian unity is best expressed in the words
of Jesus Himself, who prayed for His followers, in
that day and this, That they all may be one; as
you, Father, are in me, and I am in you. That they
also may be one in us; that the world may believe
that you have sent me.... And I have declared unto
them your Name, and will declare it, that the love
with which you have loved me may be in them,
and I in them. (John 17:21, 26)
