DATA REDUNDANCY
The same data is duplicated in many different files known as data redundancy
Each department has to have a head which is an expense on the firm's budget
because of manual work.

The sheared data will be resistant on the client computer. This would be useful for
the entry, modification and detection.
All the data belonging to the entire organization is centralized in a common pool
of data, accessible by all applications. This solve the problem of redundancy and
inconsistency
The present system will be implemented using parallel approach. In this approach,
the existing system continuous to function in parallel with the new system so that
results generated by it can be verified. When the organization will become fully
satisfied with the functionality and output of the system, the old system will be

discarded. This system will be useful for the organization as it is easy to maintain
and helpful for many purposes.
