Interfacing

I have been working in core banking domain for 9+ years now, predominantly
working in the maintenance, support, design, local development, data
migration, Interface, upgrade and implementation phases of the core banking
product T24. I have acquired good in-depth technical knowledge of the core
banking product T24 with a confidence of stating myself as a T24 technical
expert. Further, I had been part of design and implementation of BPM and
SOA solution to redefine the process workflow of consumer loans in T24. In
these years of technical journey in various financial institution, I have exposed
to adequate functional knowledge in retail banking and payments areas.
Considering the bird's eye view I possess towards core banking system
functionality and product configurations, financial accounting and reporting
knowledge, continues learning attitude and willingness to take-up new
challenges. I am happy to take up a Senior Technical or business analyst role
in any data migration or interfacing or implementation of core banking project.

I would highlight as follows,

- Have worked in multiple T24 interface implementation projects. All these
implementations are successful. Some remains special like TCR machine
integration, which was highly marketed by bank in newspapers and televisions
during that period of time. It enhanced the customer and user experience.
- Have played key Techno-Functional role in Data migration from legacy to T24

- Have played key Techno-Functional role in BPM integration project for a

major bank
- Solely configured General Ledger for a credit union client
- Have worked mostly in multi-cultural environments
Apart, In these 9 years of journey in core banking domain, I have evolved as a
T24 expert, Who have the capability to Analyse, Estimate, Plan, Design,
Develop, Support, Test, document, Deliver, Foresee risks and lead any T24
Core banking project. I have worked in all phases of T24 project including
production support, second level support, analysis, design, development,
documentation of FSD/TSD, testing, implementation, integration, upgrades,
admin, data migration and system updates. The wide exposure that I have
gained in an core banking product in these 9 years is the biggest achievement.
My experience is my working capital.

Willpower and continues learning attitude are my strengths

Exploring the art of saying NO

Firstly, for my skills and experience.

A company like Tieto which evolve in emerging technology, would look for
talented professionals,
- who poccess continuos learning attitude
- who are very focused in their career
- who have the hunger to proactively inspire and amaze the customers
I conclude, I am one such

Being in IT industry, It is unavoidable travelling abroad to work for short/ long

assignments. My preference is to work in India with work-life balance and

quality time spending with family. However, I would not mind to travel for short
term assignments as I love to travel and explore new places. I prefer to travel
with family for long term assignments. I dont have any idea to settle-down in
abroad.

So far, I have been successful in lead positions. I would like to enhance my

skills in Project Management. I am preparing for PMP certificate with a plan to
attain PMP certification in coming year.
I have been successful in Technical Architect role. Apparently, I have taken
solution architect role in recent projects. Further, I would like to become a
Solution architect expert and lay stepping stones to reach the goal of
becoming a enterprise architect in next 5 years.

( BPM, SOA, JMS, MDB, Webservices, OFSMDB, Servlet, Middleware, ESB )

BPM ushers in a complete management of how all operational

processes are structured and implemented, all toward the one
goal of efficiency and implementation
SOA instead provides a flexible set of design principles for
developers, which are used during the systems development
and integration phases of BPM projects. SOA helps to forge the
blueprint and technological means for implementing the goals
defined by BPM. SOA gives developers the means of
restructuring existing technological assets of companies so that
they work more efficiently.
SOA and BPM Work Together

SOA functions as a key component of achieving the objectives

that BPM seeks to accomplish
JMS

The Java Message Service (JMS) API is a Java Message Oriented

Middleware (MOM) API for sending messages between two or more
clients. JMS is a part of the Java Platform, Enterprise Edition, and is
defined by a specification developed under the Java Community Process
as JSR 914. It is a messaging standard that allows application
components based on the Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) to create,
send, receive, and read messages. It allows the communication between
different components of a distributed application to be loosely coupled,
reliable, and asynchronous.
To use JMS, one must have a JMS provider that can manage the
sessions, queues and topics.
The following is a list of JMS providers:
Apache ActiveMQ, Oracle Weblogic (part of Fusion Middleware suite),
JBoss Messaging & HornetQ from JBoss, SAP Netweaver Process
Integration, web sphere Application and Websphere MQ from IBM,
FioranoMQ
(

Microsoft Message Queuing - similar technology, implemented for

.NET Framework)
MDB
Message driven beans are business objects whose execution is
triggered by messages instead of by method calls. An MDB just listens
for any incoming message on, for example, a JMS queue or topic and
processes them automatically.
JbossEAP- Enterprise application platform- Java EE based application server
runtime platform used for building, deploying, and hosting highly-

transactional Java applications and services

Middleware - is a portfolio of enterprise-class application and integration
middleware software products
JBoss Web Server - A single solution for large-scale websites and
lightweight Java web applications. Includes certified, production-ready
versions of Apache Web Server, Apache Tomcat, and common
connectors used in between.
Servlet

It is the T24 Browser Servlet that understands and converts

all HTTP/HTTPS requests into Browser XML. Browser XML is
a request format that is directly understood by T24.
An enterprise service bus (ESB) is a software architecture model used
for designing and implementing communication between mutually
interacting software applications in a service-oriented architecture
(SOA).
T24 Service Connector
The T24 Service Connector is a special type of connector which links other
TOCF connectors to T24 via a WCF service mechanism. Connectors such
as the WMQ or Batch File connector do not communicate directly with T24
but instead rely on the T24 Service Connector to send messages to T24.
This type of architecture implements a scalable mechanism to add
additional connectors to TOCF(.NET) and leverages WCF connection
handling properties such as e.g. service throttling.

WCF Data Services 5.0 enables creation and consumption of data services
for the Web according to version 3 of the Open Data Protocol (OData),
which facilitates data access and change via standard HTTP verbs. WCF
Data Services 5.0 includes .NET Framework server and client libraries as
well as Silverlight client libraries.
