INSRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
STEP 1: Start online registration using the
Management / Community link.
U.G. Admissions
Bank. Enter the branch name & transaction date and click
Continue.
2. NEFT payment: In this mode, download & print the NEFT form and
remit the fee in any bank and keep the counter foil and UTR number.
Enter the branch name & transaction date and click Continue.
STEP 5: To add course preferences, click Add more.
STEP 6: Enter personal & academic details and click Save & Continue.
STEP 7: UPLOAD PHOTO
1. The candidate has to upload his/her recent photograph.
2. Front view of full face and shoulder portion of candidate is to be seen
clearly in the photograph.
3. The uploaded photo and photo affixed on the printout of the
application should be identical. Otherwise application is likely to be
rejected.
4. The image file should be in jpg (jpeg) format only.
5. Dimensions of the photograph should be 410 pixels width and 510
pixels height.
6. Size of the image file should be between 40 kb to 100 kb.
STEP 8: Check the status of your application through the Statuslink in
the admission portal.
POINTS TO REMEMBER
1. Online registration can be made by accessing the college website
www.stpauls.ac.in
2. The Online Application Process will be completed only after the
submission of print out of online form duly signed by the candidate
along with the fee remittance slip at the college office.
1 While filling the application form, do not press the back button on the
browser to go to a previous page as it may result in losing the page
and your application will not be processed.
1. If by some means the application form page has been lost, Login
using the password provided and submit a new one.
2. Payment of application/admission fees can be made through any
branch of South Indian Bank or by NEFT to the college A/C No.
0896053000000034 of SIB.
3. Community quota is limited to candidates belonging to Latin Catholic
and should be indicated in the space provided under Category.
4. Rank list of Community and Management Quota will be published
both in College website (www.stpauls.ac.in) and college notice board.
Admission status of each student will be sent to their respective
registered email ids and mobile number after the publication of rank
list.
5. Short listed Candidate should report for admission at the college with
the Print of the application form with relevant documents.
All personal and academic details entered in the application are true to the best
of my knowledge.
