Good Morning everyone, as your company President of the NOMAD

Travel and Tours, I hereby call this meeting to order. Since my
executive secretary for records is out of town, I shall appoint Miss
Angela Mae Sanano, our Tour Guide, as the acting Secretary for this
special meeting.
Miss Secretary, are we in quorum?
Miss President, to determine if we are in quorum we shall have a roll

Thank you Miss Secretary, since we are all present, I hereby declare
this meeting a quorum.
Miss Secretary please distributes to all the board members the order of
business for todays special meeting.

Since no one reacted, I presume that everyone is okay with suspension

Now, may we call each member of the board to give their reports
pertaining to their position. Lets start with our Vice President for Sales.
Mr Lozano, the floor is yours.

We have heard from the office of the vice president for sales, now lets
proceed to marketing. Mr Gonzales, I believe you have a report for us.

Yes Miss President, based on the (one minute vice presidents

Miss President, our marketing associate Miss Patatag has something to
say about the marketing schemes of the company.

Thank you Mr Gonzales for that comprehensive report, Miss Patatag,
please present the companys future marketing plan.

Thank you Miss patatag, we have heard from our first two
departments, now lets proceed to the last one, may we have a report
from the operations, Mr Ongluico the floor is yours.

Thank you madam chair (reads report)
The office of the vp for operations is doing its best to give the best we
can offer to please and satisfy our customers and travellers. We have
given special discounts and offers to loyal customers and we actually
have this membership card for frequent travellers. This is of course a
great suggestion from our vp for marketing mr Gonzales.

Thereby none, we can now proceed to our main agenda which is to

plan for the upcoming product launching.

Miss president, I believe that May 17, Tuesday, is a good date since it
is near the middle of the week. If we have it on Monday, we wont have
any time to prepare the day before the launching itself.

Miss President, I agree with what Mr Gonzales said. Tuesday is a

strategic day for the launching.

So miss President, if you allow, I move to amend the main motion by

Mr Ongluico Miss President, (wait to be recognized), as for the venue of the

launching, I believe that the ayala center cebu active zone is a great
spot for the launching. We can attract a lot of possible clients and
travellers, not to mention ties with companies already there in the
ACTIVE ZONE.

I agree with mr ongluico miss president, the active zone is a usual spot
for product launchings in most of the successful companies now. And I
believe they can give us affordable and reasonable rates for growing
companies.

Mr Lozano

Miss President, I have connections with the Ayala malls, I can inquire
for their rates as to the rental of the sound systems, stage, chairs,
electricity and the whole of the active zone on the 17 th of may.

Ms Pimentel Miss President, I believe everyone have stated their piece, so I move to
amend the amendment of the main motion by adding the words, at
the active zone, Ayala Center Cebu after the words, On May 17,

Tueday so if amended it will be read as to have our product

launching on May 17, Tuesday at the active zone, Ayala Center Cebu.

Miss president, I move to lay on the table the planning for the details of
the programme and list of sponsors on our next special meeting
scheduled tomorrow.
The reason for this is that the office of the VP for Marketing and VP for
Operations will still meet to comprehensively organize the logistics.

I agree miss president, as the sales associates I am also tasked to seek

sponsors for the event and to take charge of the logistics.
I will be meeting with Mr Gonzales and MR Ongluico pertaining to the
logistics and the programme flow.

the programme and list of sponsors on our next special meeting.

that our brochures are now ready, 5 partial boxes have been produced
and everything will be available by Tuesday, may 17, during our
product launching.
