sector 18. It is biggest in whole Delhi’s
NCR. It spread in a very large
area(approximately in 50 acres).

also extend in a very large area. It is
totally air-condition.This mall being
process right now.

There are many kind of brand available in The Great
India Place. Some are foreign while some are
domestic. Many famous and establish company’s
showrooms are there. It means is not that there are
only famous company’s showrooms or outlets, but
there is also small company’s showroom. That’s why
it is also famous between middle class families. We
can divide these brands into two different categories.

A:- Foreign Brand.

B:- Domestic Brand.

A:-FOREIGN BRAND:-
There are many foreign
brands in The Great India Place. Which as follows:-

1. LOUIS PHILIPPE:- Louis Philippe is a very

famous brand of France. It is a French company. It is
a inter national company. It produced shirt,
pant(formal & jeans) T-shirt for both men & women.
Its manufacturing unit is also present in India. This is
situated in Bangalore. It is situated in a first floor of
The Great India Place.

2. PETER ENGLAND:- Peter England is a Ireland’s

brand. It is very famous all over world. It established
in 1888. It produced only men wear. It produced all
garments besides inner garment. It manufacturing
unit is situated in Bangalore for India. It is situated in
first floor (shop no 114) of The Great India Place.

3. SAMS NITE:- It is U.S. based company. It is

No.1,Company in luggage produced; having a slogan
“Life’s a journey”. Its India’s manufacturing unit is
situated in Nasik. It also export luggage from here
(Nasik). Its establishment year is 1910. It also
produced its footwear rang. It is situated in first floor
(shop no 117) of The Great India Place.

4.LERROS: - Lerros is Germany’s company. It

produced all kind of garment for both men & women
besides inner garment. Its India’s main branch is
situated in Mumbai. Its manufacturing unit is not
situated in India. It import from its another branch
which are situated in other country. It is situated in
first floor (shop no 118) of The Great India Place.

5.RADO:- Rado is famous for its wrist watch. It is

Switzerland’s company. It is very famous all over
world. It produced watch for both men & women. Its
starting price is Rs15000 and maximum price is
Rs500000 in India. It is situated in first floor (shop no
120) of The Great India Place.
6.VAN HEUSEN: - Van Heusen is U.S. based
company. Basically it is famous for its shirts. In 2005
it awarded no.1 dress shirt in America. While in 1974
it awarded a royal warrant. It is situated in first floor
(shop no124) of The Great India Place.

7.ADIDAS: - Adidas is a German company, which is

famous for its sports wear in all over world. There is
no manufacturing unit in India. Infect there is no
manufacturing unit all over besides Germany. It is
situated in first floor (shop no 127) of The Great India
Place.

8.REEBOK: - It is U.S. based company. Its

establishment year is 1895. But in India it introduced
in 1985.There is no manufacturing unit in India. It is
famous for its sportswear. It is situated in first floor
(shop no 129) of The Great India Place.

9.LEVI’S:- It is California based company. It was

established in 1851. Its manufacturing unit in India is
situated in Bangalore. It is famous for its garment for
both men and women. It is situated in first floor
(shop no 130) of The Great India Place.
10.JEAN PAUL: - It is Italy based company. It is
famous for its jeans and T-shirt.

11.PEPE JEANS: - It is London based company. It

established in 1973. It is famous for its jeans and T-
shirt for both men and women. It is situated in
second floor (shop no 229) of The Great India Place.

12.CARLTON: - It is London based company. It is

famous for ladies footwear and gadgets. It doesn’t
produce any men kind product. It is situated in
second floor of The Great India Place.

13.BOSE:- It is U.S. based company. It is famous for

electronic goods, especially in music instrument. Its
establishment year is 1964. It is situated in second
floor (shop no 248) of The Great India Place.

14.CASIO: - It is a Japnies company. It is famous for

its music instrument and wrist watch. It is situated on
second floor (shop no 203) of The Great India Place.
B: - DOMESTIC BRANDS:-
1:-JOHN PLAYER: - John Player is brand of I.T.S.
Ltd. It is famous for its garments for both men and
women. Its manufacturing unit is situated in Calcutta.
It is situated in second floor (shop no 205) of The
Great India Place.

2.Z3 RELAXED LUXURY:- It is Mumbai based

company which establish in 1954. It produces only
men’s wear. It is situated in second floor (shop no
174) of The Great India Place.

3. MONTE CARLO:- It is a brand of Oswal company

which is situated in Ludhiana. It produces all kind of
garments besides inner wear. It is situated in first
floor of The Great India place.

4.KOUTONS:- It is India based company, it mostly

famous for his branded cloths.
5.REID & TAILOR:- It is mostly famous for his
Suiting and Shirting, this brand is also most famous
in foreign.

6.RAYMOND:- This brand is also famous for Suiting

and Shirting, Etc.
