shortcuts to any command, macro, or
component.
If you are assigning keyboard
shortcuts to drawing commands,
open a drawing first, to activate the
drawing mode.
1.

On the File menu, click Settings >

Keyboard shortcuts to open the
Keyboard shortcuts dialog box.

2.

Use the Filter box to search for a

particular command or keyboard
shortcut.
Type grid to only see the
commands whose name contains the word grid. Type + to get a list
of shortcuts that consist of two parts (such as Ctrl+S).

3.

Select a command from the list.

4.

Click Enter shortcut.

5.

Enter the combination of keys you would like to use as the shortcut.

6.

Check the Conflicts box to see if the keyboard shortcut is already

assigned to another command. If the shortcut is already in use,
enter a different combination of keys.

7.

Click Assign to save the keyboard shortcut.

8.

To remove a keyboard shortcut, select the command from the list

and click Clear.

9.

To reset all the keyboard shortcuts to the defaults, click Restore.
