Brief Literature Review:

Abstract:

As the technology enters into the lives more than ever nowadays, another topic emerged: Distance
Education. This study will analyze the advantages and the disadvantages of the distance educatio
different aspects and means.
We will evaluate these pros and cons in this review.
The Review of the Literature:

The Distance Learning has some pros and cons and before enrolling in any kind of distance learni
we should consider those carefully in order to receive the right service we need.

The Pros: Flexibility, No Commuting, Various Choices, lower costs, opportunity to learn while work
The Cons: Lack of social interaction, not ideal for all learners, some employers do not accept onlin

Current distance learning technological advances allow real and virtual classrooms to unite. In th

Distance learning may not be acknowledged by a specific employer. Although

employers do acknowledge distance learning, certain employers do not. Students who w

Reflection:

In my opinion Distance Learnings existence is a must and should be available for those who would
continue to their education. As the technology develops the gaps in the distance education will be f
except some parts such as the social interaction. As an Assistant Principal Distance Learning allow
improve myself in education field and learn more from experts.

I will continue to my online masters degree and if possible later on I will seek for PhD online as wel
prefer face to face classes , however I have a job and I need to fulfill my responsibilities and I can n
and spend time for it so the distance learning is a great option for me.
