Procedure:-

GEAR BOX

Oil level to be maintained at min. level as marked in the gauge

Check pinion and gear teeth for any wear and tear
Check bearing and bearing cover plate.
Check Foundation bolt for tightness

COUPLING
1. Check for sufficient lubrication in between hub and flange.
2. Check coupling bolt for any wear and tear.

WHEEL
1. Check Collar condition of L.T and C.T wheel.
2. Check wheels Bearing condition.
3. Check Block and bearing plate bolt.

WIRE ROPE AND DRUM

Check Condition of wire rope thread.

Check and ensure sufficient lubrication on Wire rope.
Ensure Greasing of bearing block side.
check wire rope clamp for tightness
