Machine. Under strict manufacturing process, we have developed Compressor Machine
with finest components. As the result, our Machines are technically advanced and render
consistent performance for longer period of time. The Hydraulic Compressor Machine has
been designed especially for Electricity Department to help in the laying of overhead
transmission lines. They are light but very powerful compressor and can be easily handled
even in the most difficult field conditions.
The Hydraulic Compressor Machines are operated with the help of hand pump and can
develop pressure up to 7 Ton per sq. inch, and thrust of 100 tons in 100 Ton capacity & 8.5
ton per sq. inch, and thrust of 150 in 150 Ton capacities. This enables the use of Hydraulic
Compressor machine over the full range of standard line conductors like ACSR/AAAC
Conductors.
The Compressor can be used for making mid-span joints and dead-end joints for any
standard conductors and earth wire cables.

Independent Pumps. One Nos. Low Pressure Pump fitted
with plunger 22 mm dia & One Nos. High Pressure Pump
fitted with Plunger 12 mm dia. Firstly Low Pressure Pump is
operated to match the dies & then High pressure Pump is
operated to load the machine to 100 M/T. Our machine is
capable to apply joint to all sizes Of ACSR Ranging 0.1 Sq.
inch to 0.5 Sq. inch with different set of dies.

After assembly the machine it is tested
up to 25% overloading & machine finally
present to operate at overload of 15 %.
After machining dies are heat treaded to
achieve hardness of 50 RC & then
Tempered to get hardness of 40 to 45
RC scales. After heat treatment dies are
surface grinded to get flat to flat as
given IS-2121 Part-II (1981)
Calibration Certificate is given which is
traceable to National/International
Standard.
During Inspection machine is tested with
different die sets. In Demonstration how
to operate & servicing of machine like
change of oil, change of oil seals, fitting
of machine, how to set safety valve etc.
Machine with different sizes of die sets
are tested together by making different
joints. If Found OK. Machine is ready to
despatch.
One year warranty is given on machine
and dies at our works. Warranty
Certificated is Given.
After sale service support is given. All
spare parts of machines are available.
