Steps to follow in High Sea Sales Agreement

1. Getting HSS Agreement to be approved by both the parties (Customer and us)
2. Pre-alert of cargo arrival to be intimated to the customer with supporting
documents like Invoices, Insurance copy, Invoices of our OEM, Cargo arrival
documents
3. Stamp paper to be arranged before the arrival and after dispatch, in the name of
VSSL
4. Bank Release Order (BRO) to be arranged
5. Delivery Order (DO) to be arranged from Logistic Company
6. DO to be handed over to customer along with
a. Our Sales Invoice to customer (MIAL)
b. Description of Consignment Letter to Asst. Commissioner of Custom
c. Authority Letter to Dy. Commissioner Customs for Alliance Logistics
d. Delivery request Letter to Dy. Commissioner Customs
e. Delivery Order received from Haiko Logistics
f. AWB endorsed by us
g. Copy of Import Invoice & Packing List
h. Copy of Insurance cover note
i. Cargo Arrival Notice
7. Duly acknowledged Documents to be collected back
8. Getting payment
