The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost)is a government-owned and


-controllcd corporation created through Republic Act 7354 otherwise
known as "Postal Service Act of 1992./1 Its existence is nol driven merely
by profit but also by providing services to Filipinos as set forth in the Act.
Especially in the last four years, PHLPost has synchronized and aligned
its desired future state with the purpose of its existence. Even the
promotion of core values among postal stewards is linked with its

development thrusts.

mails totaling lo 690 units including motorcycles for express
mail delivery. The Reflecting Program enabled the Corporalion Lo
program funds for the procurement of new vehicles which

over the country. Half (50.05%) of the total mail items are
delivered to Mega Manila Area followed by Southern Luzon

Area (13.80%) and Central and Eastern Visayas Area (9.03%).
