PROJECT SYNOPSIS
TITLE OF THE STUDY
A study on sales promotional activities in toilet soap categories of Ashique Export
Private Limited.
NEED FOR THE STUDY
The project is mainly undertaken to study the business sales promotional strategies of
Ashique Exports Private Limited for the product segmentation of toilet soaps. The intention
of the study is to find what attributes needs further improvement in order to make
the product more preferable in the market.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM


In this study, an attempt has been made to examine the nature of sales promotion
activities in toilet soap category of Ashique Export Private Limited.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

To study the various Business sales promotional strategy of toilet soaps adopted by
Ashique Exports Private Limited.

To find out the position of toilet soap category of Ashique Export Private Limited
with respect to other players in the market.

To understand the satisfaction level of sales promotion activities of the retailers and
wholesalers.

To find out the various drives that motivates customer to buy toilet soap products.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY
This study helps to understand various promotional strategy adopted by Ashique
Exports Private Limited. This study also helps to find out the position of Toilets soap
products of the company with respect to other players in the market.

RESARCH METHODOLOGY
Research in common practice refers to the search for knowledge. It is to deliver
answers through certain scientific procedures. Research is to view in depth about certain
aspects which are very important in the smooth functioning of a procedures features and
analyzing various attributes which should be put forth.

SOURCES OF DATA
Primary Data
An open ended questionnaire was formulated to conduct a study on Sales promotion
strategies of Ashique Exports Private Limited. The questionnaire are framed to find out the
opinion of wholesalers and retailers. Convince sampling are used for data collection.
Secondary Data
Secondary data are those data collected by the investigator indirectly. Secondary data for
this study where obtained from office records, journals, websites, annual reports and news
cuttings.
Data collection method
A structured questionnaire is used for collecting data by convenience sampling techniques.
Plan for data analyze

Simple percentage methods and other statistical tools are used for analyzing data.
