This Pathfinder presents a variety of valuable resources

which shall aid students and teachers


in their research of Wyoming History.
Its resources cover a wide range of topics,
including pre-historical inhabitants and societies,
westward expansion, statehood, and how past events
have helped shape todays Wyoming.
Students shall discover a useful array of information about the
people, places, and natural resources Of Wyoming.
This Pathfinder is for designed for
the 4th grade study of Wyoming History
along with some resources
for 3rd graders and their study
of the local history of Natrona County.
Students shall first explore many print resources
available in the classroom and library,
followed by numerous electronic materials
from various sources about Wyoming and the West.
Also included are some helpful research guidelines.
