THE COMPANY PROFILE
Introduction
Nowadays, most of the college degree was provided a
curriculum indicated the practicum subject requiring students to execute onthe-job training as a prerequisite for graduation, including the BS Mathematics
curriculum in Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology.
The curriculum requires the students to undergo training that helps to the
student very well within the specific number of hours as part of their
responsibility. And as a student taking BS Mathematics we need to render 600
hours of training in our selected company.
The On-The-Job training allows students to experience actual
exposure to the world of work, to obtain more experience and further skills to
increase the knowledge that learned in the classroom. Moreover the purpose
of being a trainee is to transform the students to be competitive in their fields
of study. The training concedes opportunities for students to become efficient
citizens in their particular career path. The expertise and capability of the
students are also developed through this hands-on training.
This Internship is truly matter not only to teach students regarding their
chosen career but also to visualize students the truth about working. It will
help also for those do not have experience to work and to learn at the same
time. This training develops ones professionalism in dealing with different

people around the corner. OJT also increase the critical thinking, willingness,
and patience as well as your effort and motivation to do something.
It also teaches the trainee to witness the differences between student and
working people, while undergoing his training in a company. The ability to
make firm decisions and evaluate relevance factors are expected to be
improved. This hands-on training is necessary approach in teaching and
learning process more influential.
The practicum subject bears us to attain new skills, familiarity and give
us wisdom. At some point this will lead us for dilemma that well be facing in
the real word of employment. It dispenses self-assessment and selfconfidence, where students will get to discover their individual strengths and
weakness, aggressive, odds, and restrictions. It is a tool that forms student a
good character and interpret their future outlook and environment towards
their chosen work and profession. It is truly helpful for the student taking OnThe-Job training.
