production) of shock absorbers (two wheelers & four wheeler) having collaboration with SHOWA , Japan Certified with (ISO 9001,
14001, QS 9000, OHSAS 18001, TS 16949) & the major OEM customer are Hero Moto, Honda Scooters& motor cycles, Honda

Roles & Responsibilities

To plan & take optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material for achievement of daily production plan.
Facilitate productivity & improvement in quality, OEE , material consumption & cost control.
To achieve department objectives deployed by GM (Mfg.) & Japanese Technical advisor.
Work distribution in various workstations and providing guidance and suitable training to every individual at the start of shift.
