Freeze, section, and carry out immunofluorescence of adult flies
Maintain and change flies stocks weekly
Analyze fly genotypes and phenotypes for collection and mating
Prepare and maintain genetic crosses
Data collection accurate counting and recording the numbers of individual
muscles fibers in flight muscle of different Drosophila genotypes
Dissect flies for muscle collection
DNA collection, PCR, Transformations, Seamless cloning, MiniPrep, MidiPrep,
DNA Sequencing, Western blot, bacterial culture, agarose gel electrophoresis
analysis, DNA ligations, DNA injections.
