Before you see this wall of text and proceed to comment tldr! I just thought
Id post a disclaimer: I dont care! If you didnt read it then it is your
own loss, this could be the information that changes your life or the
life of someone you know! Also, do not skip anything when reading as you
need to know what you are doing before taking any measures to grow taller!
If you do not need to read this then please pass a link to this thread to every

So the misc is plagued by the lesser, sub-human, un-evolved cousin of the
male species: THE MANLET; and I am a professional broscientist with true
knowledge on how to turn you from a manlet into a man providing there is
still hope.
If you are anything under the height of 5 8: you automatically qualify as a
manlet.
If you are anything between the height of 5 8 to 511: youll survive.
If you are anything from the height of 6 0 to 6 6: You are a glorious and
dominant male.
If you are anything from the height of 6 7 and about: You are a gangly
wretch, nearly as lowly as the manlet itself.

The story:
So I stand at the decent height of 6 3 tall and have done so since I stopped
growing. The lord blessed me with height. A few years ago I moved from
Inglewood, Southside Calli to London UK in search of a new start. Naturally,
as I had the option, I moved in with family there until I was to settle in on my
own. Long story short: I have a younger, 19 year old at the time, cousin who
was a manlet. He, like every manlet felt inferior in all walks of life and so
decided to take drastic measures and exclaimed he would do anything to
grow taller!. I laughed and told him youre only 19, youll probably grow
taller anyway and look around you our whole family is tall. I grew 3 inches
after 18 and didnt stop until I was 21. Dont worry about it. Just drink
milk. I know how daft that sounds now. However, he was a determined
little piece of shit and adamantly continued in his pursuit. Everyday he would
show me a little research or an article proving he could grow taller so
eventually I gave in and decided to help him. We both spent our spare time

doing research on how he could grow taller. Eventually we exhausted the


internet and all we could possibly know but we felt like we had crossed a
milestone. We believe we had enough information to take action. We knew
how growth worked and how we could induce growth in a young gun like
him. So we formed a plan and took action. To our surprise our research paid
off and he began to grow, within months he had put on inches and eventually
reached a pleasing height most importantly HE WAS NO LONGER A
MANLET! Not only was he not a manlet but he wasnt in-between either. He
was a real man! He grew from 5 9 (only in the mornings with a full
stretched out stance though lol) to the great height of 6 2! How did he do it
I hear ye say! Read on and find out how it worked.
(This is where the jokes stop and the serious information begin. I apologise to
those who have felt dismay while reading. Everything was written in good
spirit! Keep ya head up! Oh shit! No pun intended, srs!)

A bit of background knowledge how growth


works:
(Please not I can go into much greater depth but I feel it wouldnt be
necessary and so will only write the brief information I believe you need to
know. I am also not a physician but a student of biochem so if I make any
mistakes please forgive me and correct me as I only put this time and effort
in to help my fellow misc brahs!)
Our bodies grow taller from birth to the age of 21 on average for males and
until the age on 18 on average for females. We grow, as we know, by the
lengthening of our bones.
At the end of each bone we have what are called growth plates or
Epiphyseal growth plates. When our body wishes to grow the epiphyseal
growth plate on each end of every bone proportionally pushes out slightly
due to certain growth factors called Osteoblasts and when teamed up with
calcium and vitamin D these osteoblasts, in a process called ossification, form
new bone tissue from each little growth gap formed before the growth plate:

The most important thing to remember is that a time comes, determined by
individual genetics, when these growth plates fuse and form one smooth
bone. Growth plates close due to the activity of our dreaded enemy:
Estrogen. This is on average 21 years of age for males and 18 years of age
for females but can occur at any age before and after these averages. Very
often you can still have growth plates wide open but not have any more
growth spurts, wasting your potential for more height. Only x-rays can
determine whether you growth plates are still open, if they are not, you can
no longer grow any more considerable height. However, you can still gain half
an inch to an inch of what is generally called lost height. This comes from
your vertebrae, joints and good posture. Ossification occurs right until your
30s and does so in bone thickening instead of lengthening.

HGH, IGF 1 and Testosterone the beautiful hormones every lifter has heard
of. These three hormones also play a great factor in height growth. HGH or
human growth hormone, secreted from the pituitary glands, is most important
for height as it goes into the liver and forms IGF-1 which stimulates the
growth plates to create bigger gaps for growth and lengthening via
ossification. Testosterone increases height growth by encouraging cells to
grow and replicate and thus aids ossification. HGH or IGF1 teamed with
Testosterone and Osteoblasts is the recipe for height growth if your pates are
still open.
CGF or Chlorella growth factor is a growth factor discovered from Chlorella
sea weed which gives cells the ability to replicate four times over in the space
of twenty hours so It really speeds things up amongst other benefits.
Other hormones involved in determining height growth are Estrogen and
Parathyroid hormone. Estrogen strengthens bones by helping the absorption
of Calcium during ossification but more importantly it can stop bone
lengthening all together as too much estrogen is what causes the growth
plates to fuse and this is how the body naturally fuses the growth plates.
Parathyroid hormone released from the parathyroid glands aids osteoclasts
which work along osteoblasts. Osteoblasts works to form bone tissue but
osteoclasts break down old bone tissue so that osteoblasts can recycle it to
reform more bone tissue.
If a persons growth plates are still open, it only makes sense to prevent them
from closing any time soon. To do that you would have to prevent estrogen
from getting at them and as we all know, youd need an aromatase inhibitor
to prevent testosterone from turning into estrogen.
Exercises such as stretches and basketball aid growth by increasing the gap
between the growth plates and the spinal plates and so are also important for

There is often the talk that weightlifting stunts height growth. Although Ive
come across no studies to prove this and strength experts such as Mark
Rippetoe and Glenn Pendlay are of the opinion that it doesnt; I believe that
the theory points towards this notion. It only makes sensed that if exercises
that stretch the gap of your growth plates then extreme amounts of weight
and pressure are at least going to cause the gap to close a little. Also the fact
that powerlifting and such sports related to weight lifting help with the
release of testosterone shows that when the body has a high level of
testosterone it converts allot of it into estrogen to counterbalance. As
estrogen fuse growth plates together I can only say that this would shut bone
lengthening and height growth or at least stunt it. There is also the aspect of
steroid abuse without an aromatase inhibitor as the testosterone would be
counterbalanced by being converted into estrogen and estrogen at high levels
will not only give you gyno but will definitely shut you growth plates. Having
said that, there are countless examples of powerlifters getting taller so I
guess every individuals body reacts differently.
Diet and environment are also crucial when it comes to height growth. Many
foods can lead to at least stunted height growth. Caffeine consumption and
smoking have been proven to have a negative affect on height growth. The
way you sleep also affects height growth.

The golden formula:

So to conclude all of the research and background knowledge I have formed


a list of the actions you need to take and in what steps and also what you will
require:
1. The first thing you must do is determine whether your growth plates are
shut or not; this is probably the most important bit as you maybe under the
age of 21 and have shut growth plates or over the age of 21 and have them
wide open. Either way youd be wasting either time or potential. The only way
I know to find out if your growth plates are opened or closed is through an xray. Youll need to see your physician and book a growth plate x-ray to see
this. They usually take an x-ray of the left wrist for some reason. I wouldnt
tell your physician about your intended course of action or you might be
meeting the dramatic boogie man. Just say youre wandering if they are
open or not.
2. So yaaaaya! Youre growth plates are open! This almost guarantees that
you will grow taller! Now you need to get the following ingredients for your
cycle. Both cycles require you to inject so learn how to do this safely and
properly! Here are two cycles and the first is the most expensive and is more
affective that the second. It could cost you in the thousands. The second is
much cheaper and will hardly even go into the hundreds. It is also weaker but
allot safer as it makes your won body do the work and doesnt usually have
any side affects or need for PCT (post cycle therapy). The most effective
however is to go on the first cycle until you reach your desired height and
then go on the second cycle as a PCT and slowly wean of the second cycle
too. In fact, if you are going for the first cycle then you will definitely need to
go onto the second cycle as PCT. The third cycle is a basic cycle for those

who are still very young, under the age of 16 or so and are sure they are
going through a growth spurt AND wish to remain natty as it is just a
combination of supplements.
Cycle 1:
o IGF-1 (instead of HGH as it will cut half the work and target your bones
straight away.)
o Testosterone any form you wish, do your own research here
o Aromatase inhibitor to inhibit estrogen, especially estrogen formed as a
counterbalance to the testosterone, to prevent growth plates from fusing,
most preferably Arimidex but entirely up to you. Just dont take
Nolvadex/Tamoxifen as it may stop estrogen but it does the same thing by
fusing the growth plates
o Osteoblasts for ossification in the form of Ostinol:

o HCG This makes the leydig cells in your testes make testosterone. This
will also make your balls bigger! The best Ive used in my mass gaining cycles
is Pregnyl.
o Aromatase inhibitor to inhibit estrogen, especially estrogen formed as a
counterbalance to the testosterone, to prevent growth plates from fusing,
most preferably Arimidex but entirely up to you. Just dont take

More importantly, there is no such thing as a HGH spray or HGH pill


or growth pill or any such bull like it. It just doesnt exist and is a
fake market of supplements to make you grow taller. Theyre ALL a
con. Do not buy them as they do not work and can not scientifically
work. They are merely re-labelled, high priced amio acids such as larginine and l-lysine which are known to mildly release HGH; even
that is in dispute! You get these through your protein supplements
anyway. DO NOT BUY THEM! Also do not buy any e-books or
magazines, especially the typical 30 day money back guarantee
ones. They do not work either, dont waste your money, youve got
everything you need up there!
3. The third and consecutive step would be to perform the correct
exercises/stretches and clean up your diet. It is probably best that you stop
lifting extremely heavy and for the best results, stop lifting all together. Due
to the high amounts of testosterone and or HGH you will not lose your gains
but will certainly lose most of your bodily fat.

covers most of the exercises. You do not need to go through them in 24
weeks. Instead you need to study all 100 exercises perform them at every
stretching session. There are also many false advertisements in the comment
and other sections, ignore them.
I would also advise you to take up the sports of Basket ball and or Soccer and
also light back excersises that wont put on too much muscle mass such as a
few pull ups. Think before you take up an exercise that will require growth or
put pressure on your growth plates. You need your body to concentrate on
height growth.
You will also need to take out any bad habits in your environment and diet
that can affect your growth such as sleeping on your stomach or with your
legs or back bent, smoking and eating shitty foods. Too much soda and too

The best thing you can do is learn all of your 100 stretches and perform them
once in the morning when you wake up, once before your session of
basketball and once before you go to sleep; also once before every time you
inject on your cycle, which is up to you to determine when you will do and
how often. If you learn them properly they will only take you half an hour to
an hour performing them properly. Hold each stretch for at least 5 seconds.

People whos growth plates have closed:


If youre growth plates have closed then you are out of luck Im afraid. Ill
take this time to tell you, although I may make innocent jokes, I am truly
sorry my dear brah. Until some scientist or someone figures out what it takes
to re-open growth plates, you will be around the same height forever. You
can however gain around an inch by repeating the exercise and
basketball phase. You have probably lost about an inch in posture and
another half an inch to an inch in your joint space so get stretching and sort
your posture out for the best chance to jump and inch or two!

Conclusion:

So there you have it, my knowledge, as requested by many brahs, in a


nutshell. That is everything you need to start you off. Be sure to do your own
research on every little thing and most importantly if you opt to take a cycle
be extra cautious on everything and do your research and ask allot of people
who are experienced with cycles! I am not a physician, as I have said before,
I just know this works as I have seen with my cousin. I just wanted to share
this with my misc brahs who always complain about their height and also the
ones who requested the thread. This thread took me hours to write so please

and yes I do juice and have been juicing for absolutely ages and have been
on many cycles.

WARNING:

Do not go on any of the cycles if you are a cancer patient as it may lead to
accelerated growth. If you are not a cancer patient, it is perfectly safe for you
to do so.
