90 day success plan

For the first 90 days you'll have daily meetings beginning at 9 AM lasting approximately
till 10:30 AM that will ensure that you get off to a fast start. Monday's meeting will set
the tone for what your week looks like, Tuesday's will be phoning and technique,
Wednesdays training on the core competencies, Thursday's more phoning and
technique, Fridays will consist of summarizing your week successes and challenges. The
overall goal is at the end of your 90 days you are on track for rising leaders at the oneyear mark and have dramatically increased confidence in this business.

Week 1
1. Memorize language packet and feel comfortable role-playing in class
a. Prospecting (use Sandler team room as a resource for your 30 sec
commercial)
b. Phoning
c. Approach
2. By the end of the week have scheduled 3 COI meetings with you and a mentor for
next week

Week 2
1. Overview of MassMutual University / Field Net with David Hughes (call him to
schedule)
2. Product overview of life insurance & disability insurance (see specialists or call
wholesalers)
3. Conduct the 3 COI meetings with a mentor
4. Schedule a fact finder on yourself with a mentor (if you have a spouse or
significant other involve them as well)
5. Get with Danny Pendleton and go over how to create an Echo Wealth presentation
based on your fact finder
6. Take applications on yourself based on gap analysis
7. Schedule 2 COI meetings that you will conduct yourself with a mentor observing
8. Use Sandler de-brief sheets

Week 3
1. Overview of tracking systems (OCS / PAMS / BCM / Periodization) - schedule with
Matt Griffith
2. Begin turning in OCS data to front desk NLT Friday 5pm and entering PAMS data
into Field Net NLT Friday 5pm
3. Begin scheduling project 200 appointments (goal of 10 for the week)(Use Sandler
de-brief sheets)
4. Learn upfront contract (see Sandler team room)
5. Read Quality and Performance 2014 and Measures of Community Value

Week 4
1. Continue scheduling project 200 appointments (goal of 12 for the week) (Use
Sandler de-brief sheets)
2. You should now have two fact finders scheduled from the prior week - conduct
them with a mentor

3. Review your status for the $1,000 reimbursement (5 applications / 2500 FYC
submitted)
4. Read Periodization Book if you have not done so by this point begin modules next
week
5. Turn in OCS data to front desk NLT Friday 5pm & enter PAMS data into Field Net NLT
Friday 5pm

Summary first 30 days


1. Meet with Matt Griffith to review your first 30 days

Week 5
1. Continue scheduling appointments (goal of 15 for the week) (Use Sandler de-brief
sheets)
2. Continuing scheduling fact finders (goal of 2 for the week) (Use Sandler de-brief
sheets)
3. You should now have two presentations to conduct - conduct them with a
mentor(Use Sandler de-brief sheets)
4. Earn your DI certification
5. Begin reading Take the Stairs 7 Steps to Achieving True Success by Rory Vaden
6. Fill out all 3 modules; Orientation Guide, Vision, High Performance Action Plan and
be prepared to discuss business vision with mentor NLT Friday Afternoon.
7. Turn in OCS data to front desk NLT Friday 5pm & enter PAMS data into Field Net NLT
Friday 5pm

Week 6
1. Continuing scheduling appointments (goal of 15 for the week) (Use Sandler debrief sheets)
2. Continue scheduling fact finders (goal of 2 for the week) (Use Sandler de-brief
sheets)
3. You should now have applications to write - write them with a mentor (goal of 2 for
the week)
4. Review your status for the $1,000 reimbursement (5 applications / 2500 FYC
submitted)
5. Have your 12 Week Year Game Plan Sheets filled out and submitted to Matt Griffith
NLT Friday Afternoon
6. Schedule time to debrief Matt Griffith on your 12 Week Year Game Plan Sheets for
next week
7. Turn in OCS data to front desk NLT Friday 5pm & enter PAMS data into Field Net NLT
Friday 5pm

Week 7
1. From here on out your goals should be as follows, 15 appointments set, 10
appointments kept, 4 fact finders, 3 presentations, 2 applications (approximately
40 hours in front of people) (Use Sandler de-brief sheets)
2. Begin turning in your Weekly Plan & Scorecard to the front desk NLT 5pm Friday.
3. Turn in OCS data to front desk NLT Friday 5pm & enter PAMS data into Field Net NLT
Friday 5pm

Week 8
1. Weekly goal (15-10-4-3-2) (Use Sandler de-brief sheets)
2. Deadline for submission for $1,000 reimbursement (5 applications / 2500 FYC
submitted)
3. Review your status for the $1,000 scholarship (5 applications / 2500 FYC reported)
4. Turn in OCS data, Weekly Plan & Scorecard to front desk NLT Friday 5pm. Enter
PAMS data into Field Net NLT Friday 5pm

Summary first 60 days


1. Meet with Matt Griffith and Mark Burson to review your first 60 days

Week 9
1. Weekly goal (15-10-4-3-2) (Use Sandler de-brief sheets)
2. Turn in OCS data, Weekly Plan & Scorecard to front desk NLT Friday 5pm. Enter
PAMS data into Field Net NLT Friday 5pm.
3. Begin Richard Weylman Market Training and Development See Jolene Curry for
your code
4. Go through module entitled Achieving your goals to make your vision a reality

Week 10
1. Weekly goal (15-10-4-3-2) (Use Sandler de-brief sheets)
2. Turn in OCS data, Weekly Plan & Scorecard to front desk NLT Friday 5pm. Enter
PAMS data into Field Net NLT Friday 5pm.
3. Weylman Modules 1-4 in Accelerate your growth in the affluent market (approx. 4
hrs)
4. Schedule appointment with Jolene Curry to debrief no later than next week

Week 11
1. Weekly goal (15-10-4-3-2) (Use Sandler de-brief sheets)
2. Turn in OCS data, Weekly Plan & Scorecard to front desk NLT Friday 5pm. Enter
PAMS data into Field Net NLT Friday 5pm.
3. Weylman Modules 5-9 in Accelerate your growth in the affluent market (approx. 4
hrs)
4. Schedule appointment with Jolene Curry to debrief no later than next week

4. Despite that there are no more week-to-week schedules after this week, finish
course sequence for advisors in Weylman (10 more classes).
