treatment outcomes and quality of life of patients.
4. Therefore, people need to know about the duties, functions and
responsibilities of the pharmacist in the pharmacy services in
primary health facilities.
5. In general, the practice of pharmacy in health centers and clinics
consist of drug management and clinical pharmacy services
consisting of service prescriptions, drug information services,
counseling, visitor monitoring of drug therapy, pharmacy services in
the home or home care pharmacy and registration reporting.
6. After examination, the doctor will prescribe to the patient, the
patient received a prescription which will be served at the pharmacy
by a pharmacist through a series of processes as follows: screening
prescriptions, checking the availability of drugs, drug preparation
