Experiencia acadmica del estudiante Venezolano ante la modalidad

B-Learning

Resumen
El presente artculo tuvo como propsito develar la experiencia acadmica
del estudiante venezolano ante la modalidad b-learning caso especfico:
metodologa de la investigacin. Causando incertidumbre e interrogantes al
surgir la inquietud Realmente se puede aprender de manera bimodal?,
Estn los estudiantes dispuestos y con el inters para cursar una unidad
curricular de forma bimodal? Este estudio se insert en el paradigma
emergente con un enfoque cualitativo, se emple el mtodo fenomenolgicohermenutico. Las unidades de observacin fueron los estudiantes que
conformaron tres (3) cursos ya finalizados. De los hallazgos emergieron

cuatro (4) categoras: Expectativas, obstculos, logros y oportunidades. Se

concluy que la modalidad B-learning es una realidad en el contexto
educativo. El B-learning permite descubrir la multiplicidad de formas para
lograr el aprendizaje sin aferrarse a una teora nica para lograrlo. Todo gira
en atencin con los objetivos que se persiguen y a las caractersticas propias
presentadas por cada grupo.
Con el anlisis del articulo se pretende dar a conocer la modalidad utilizada
por el B-LEARNING que es la combinacin del trabajo presencial y del
trabajo en lnea donde se puede controlar factores como el tiempo y el
espacio En donde con su desarrollo se cubren aristas fundamentales para
obtener resultados que permitan ampliar los mtodos de estudio,
garantizando beneficios en el sistema educativo.
Para ello es necesario abordar el tema de la educacin y lo esencial que es
en la sociedad, ya que de ella deriva:

Qu es la educacin?
Es el proceso de socializacin de los individuos. Asimilando o adquiriendo
conocimientos, este implica una concienciacin cultural y conductual, donde
las nuevas generaciones adquieren los modos de ser de generaciones
anteriores.
La misma comprende diversos mtodos de estudios, con la finalidad de no
quedarse en el sistema hermtico tradicional, que aunque cumple con los
parmetros de aprendizaje, es necesario adaptarse a los constantes cambios
inmersos en la sociedad.

Es por ello que surge el sistema educativo que brinda un aprendizaje ptimo,
la cual se basa en la educacin tradicional, es decir docente- alumno pero a
su vez incorpora la educacin a distancia y esta se sustenta en material de
apoyo, trabajos, entre otros, lo que aporta complementos en la enseanza de
los involucrados. Las universidades utilizan plataformas donde se emplea
aprendizaje virtual. La modalidad B- Learning mezcla el aprendizaje
presencial y el tecnolgico, ambos son fundamentales en el proceso, donde
el uso de la tecnologa aporta bondades en las funciones de la propuesta, la
misma integra la formacin del individuo desde el conocer, el ser y el hacer.

Entre las caractersticas de la educacin a distancia destacan:

El poco contacto entre docente- estudiante

El uso adecuado de los medios de informacin

La responsabilidad del alumno en adquirir conocimientos que vayan

en sintona con la realidad.

La modalidad B- Learning va mas all de una variada gama de definiciones,

involucra lo presencial y lo no presencial, adicionalmente se trabaja con
informacin ya comprobada lo que permite el aprovechamiento existente por
parte del estudiante. Ya que le permite analizar detenidamente las teoras
plasmadas, y as ampliar criterios caractersticos del aprendizaje.
Entre sus beneficios permite destacar la importancia del uso idneo de la
tecnologa como herramienta de complemento para el aprendizaje, este
mtodo brinda

un mayor conocimiento ya que el participante tiene la

facilidad de indagar y obtener informacin por medio de la interaccin con

su facilitador u otros participantes para as poder generar diversos criterios

sobre un tema.
Adems permite descubrir las diversas formas aprendizaje sin aferrarse a
una sola teora para lograrlo, ya que el B-Learning promueve el aprendizaje
individual o colectivo gestionando la diversidad de conocimientos e
impartiendo responsabilidades.

El objetivo de la universidad venezolana es ir a la vanguardia de las

tecnologas, para brindar maneras eficiente y diferente una educacin a los
alumnos, es por ello que se realiz un estudio donde se medira el impacto
que tendra esta modalidad de estudio en B-Learning, en un curso de
Metodologia de la investigacin en la Universidad Catolica de Los Andes.
Los aspectos que destacaron en el estudio fue la incertidumbre que posean
cada uno de los participantes al experimentar la modalidad B-Learning ya
que era la primera vez que asistiran a una materia semipresencial, y no
saban cul iba a ser el rol que destacara tanto el profesor como los
alumnos. En Venezuela la conexin a internet es limitada o inestable en las
casas de estudios, por este motivo algunos participantes se sentan
desanimados para afrontar el reto del aprendizaje a distancia.
A pesar de la inestabilidad de la conexin a internet los participantes se
integraron con el aprendizaje a distancia manifestando satisfaccin por
familiarizarse con esta nueva tecnologa las cual consideraron que sera la
opcin para estudios superiores a los que estaban cursando ya que este les
permite manejar su tiempo y espacio, ser los directores de su aprendizaje
con la canalizacin y apoyo del profesor, sintiendo complacencia en
experimentar una forma eficiente y eficaz de concebir conocimientos.

STUDENT ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE OF VENEZUELA TO THE METHOD

B LEARNING
Summary
This article was aimed to reveal the Venezuelan student academic
experience at the b-learning modality specific case research methodology.
Causing uncertainty and questions to arise unrest Do you really can learn
from bimodal way? Are students willing and interest to pursue a curricular unit
bimodal?. This study was inserted into the emerging paradigm with a
qualitative approach; phenomenological-hermeneutical method was used.
The observation units were students formed three (3) courses already
completed. The findings emerged from four (4) categories: Expectations,
obstacles, successes and opportunities. It was concluded that the modality Blearning is a reality in the educational context.The B-learning to discover the
multiplicity of ways to achieve learning without clinging to a single theory to

achieve. Everything revolves attention to the objectives pursued and the

characteristics presented by each group.
With the analysis of the article is intended to publicize the method used by the
B-learning is the combination of classroom work and online job where you
can control factors such as time and space where its development
fundamental edges are covered for results that will expand the study methods
guaranteeing benefits in the educational system.
This requires addressing the issue of education and how essential it is in
society, since it derives:
- Innovation
- Transformation
- Quality of Life and development
What is education?
It is the process of socialization of individuals. Assimilating or acquiring
knowledge, this implies a cultural and behavioral awareness, where new
generations acquire the ways of being of previous generations.
It comprises various methods of studies, in order not to stay in the traditional
hermetic system, though it meets the learning parameters, it is necessary to
adapt to constant changes in society immersed.
That is why the educational system that provides optimum learning, which is
based on traditional education, ie teacher-student but in turn incorporates
distance education and this is based on material support, work arises, among
others , which provides supplements in teaching involved. Universities use
virtual learning platforms where used. Learning mode B- mix classroom
learning and technology, both of which are fundamental in the process, where

the use of the technology brings benefits in the functions of the proposal, it
integrates the formation of the individual from knowing, being and do.
Among the features of distance education include:
- The little contact between teacher-student
- Proper use of the media
- The responsibility of the student to acquire knowledge that will in tune with
reality.
Learning B- mode goes beyond a range of definitions, it involves the noncontact face and additionally working with information and expertise allowing
existing use by the student. Allowing you carefully analyze the reflected
theories, and expand characteristic learning criteria.
Its benefits can highlight the importance of appropriate use of technology as
an add-on tool for learning, this method provides a better understanding
because the participant has the facility to investigate and obtain information
through interaction with your facilitator or other participants in order to
generate different views on a topic.
In addition to discover the various forms learning without clinging to a single
theory to achieve, since the B-Learning promotes individual or collective
learning to manage the diversity of knowledge and teaching responsibilities.
The aim of the Venezuelan university is to go on the cutting edge of
technology, to provide efficient and different ways education students, which
is why a study where the impact this type of study would be measured BLearning was conducted in a course in research methodology at the Catholic
University of Los Andes.

The aspects highlighted in the study was the uncertainty that had each of the
participants experience the mode B-Learning as it was the first time I attend a
blended matter, and did not know what would be the role that would highlight
both the teacher and students. In Venezuela the internet connection is limited
or unstable in the houses of studies, for this reason some participants were
discouraged to meet the challenge of distance learning.
Despite the instability of the internet participants they were integrated with
distance learning expressing satisfaction familiar with this new tech which
they considered would be the choice for higher education to those who were
enrolled as this allows them to manage their time and space, being the
directors of channeling their learning and teacher support, feeling pleasure to
experience an efficient and effective way of conceiving knowledge.
