We further inform you that the Company's bank facilities were also rated by ICRA in addition

to the aforesaid two rating agencies. Recently the Company has decided to limit the number
of ratings to 2 rating agencies (CARE and Brickworks) as a cost optimization measure. ICM,
which has been rating the Company's credit lines hitherto, has suspended the rating stating

that requisite information have not been received for surveillance after the Company
informed of its aforesaid decision to ICRA.
