A Simple Cremation Ritual

Gather together substances for burning. with sesume seeds as the main article.
Cleanse and purify them with Ram Yam Kham.
Bless them by reciting Om Ah Hung many times.
Ignite thefire with Agne Dzola Ram.
Cleanse and purify the stove,
Within emptiness, Transcendent Conqueror Dorje Sempa,
Embodiment of all enlightened families,
Appears instantly in the midst of the blazing wisdom inferno [of the cremation fire],
Bright white, peaceful, and smiling with an enchanting demeanor,
He holds a vajra and bell in his hands.
Silks and gems adorn him.
He sits cross-legged on a lotus, sun, and moon.
The illusory karmic body of the deceased
Becomes the nectar of uncontaminated sensory pleasures.
I offer this to Dorje Sempa's mouth, who accepts it without leaving anything behind,
The blazing light rays of his delighted satisfaction
Entirely purify the deceased's obscurations.
Make the offering by reciting thefollowing mantra one hundred times or more.
Om Vajra Sattva Ah Sarwa Papam Dahana Shintam Kuru Ye Soha
Purt of the time, append thefollowing to the end of the previous mantras:
All of the deceased's bad karma, negative acts, and obscurations accumulated throughout beginning-less lifetimes in cyclic
existence [are pacified]. Shintang Kuru Ye Soha.
Once you have completed the accumulations.
The fire deity [Dorje Sempa) dissolves into unbound basic space,
Inconceivable and inexpressible in nature: Ah,

By this virtuous practice may my cultivations of merit and wisdom be perfectly complete.
May I gain the glory of the spontaneously accomplished goals for others and myself!
