To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to recommend Caroline Pernice for tenure.

I have worked with Caroline for the last two years and she presents
herself as an effective teacher. She manages the day to day in her
classroom in a structured manner, helping her student transition from
one activity to the next and adjusts her schedule as needed to fit the
needs of her students. This year I worked collaboratively with Caroline
on a joint action routine (JAR) during snack time.
Caroline has a good rapport with her students. She works diligently with
each one individually and has shown tremendous patience when a
students negative behavior escalates. I believe that Caroline has the
knowledge, desire, and skills to grow as a teacher. She has been and Im
sure will continue to be an asset to our school.
