Vision

My vision is to be a skilled, witty, intelligent, and creative

entrepreneur/manager and to make a name for myself in the current
economy. Also to eventually lead a team of dedicated people who would
work harmoniously with each other and create a somewhat perfect
environment to work in where people would be inspired to be the best they
can be.
Mission
My mission is to progressively grow as an ideal manager by working
under one and adapting their ways on how to handle people and the
business correctly. Also to figure out new ways on how to improve the
techniques I've learned while training and implement them when I eventually
run my own business.

Short term goals

-To finish up on my studies and graduate from American Hospitality Academy.

(2 months)
-To start my career with a progressive employer that allows me to use my
skills, talent, and values to achieve success for the business. (1-2 years)
-To work at our cafe and observe how to correctly handle and manage a
business. (1 year)
-To train and seek guidance from my brother (owner of the cafe), and learn
how to implement what I've learned. (1-2 years)
