applicants are advised to report at the BFP Regional Office lV-A, Camp Vicente Lim,
Calamba City, Laguna on 30 June 2016 at exactly g:00 o'clock in the morning for an

Further, they are instructed to wear white t-shirt, maong pants, rubber
shoes and proper haircut. They are also advised to bring extra clothes, rubber shoes,
their original, authenticated and photocopies of all documents submitted for Fire
Officer 1 application, together with their Marriage Contract and Birth Gertificate of
Parents (if 60 years old and above), dependents and chirdren (if any).
