I, Keshav Badaya, Secretary, St. Wilfred Education Society, son of Shri Mahesh Gupta,
aged 42 years, resident of Jaipur, in connection with our application dated
.. 2016 made to AICTE for,
1. Extension of approval to existing Technical Institution/Technical
Campus.
Hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:
1. That That I am Secretary of St. Wilfred Education Society.
2. That the declaration, information and documents pertain to 1 location with
building and infrastructure therein where the approval, Extension of Approval
is sought.
3. That the information given by Keshav Badaya in the application made to
AICTE is true and complete. Nothing is false and nothing material has been
concealed.
4. That if any of the information is found
to
be
false,
incomplete,
misleading and
/ or that the Keshav Badaya fails to disclose all the
information and / or suppress any information and / or misrepresent the
information, I shall be liable to be prosecuted by the Council.
5. That the Council shall also be free to take any action including withdrawal of
approval and / or any other action as deemed necessary against the Keshav
Badaya and others as the case may be and / or the individuals associated with
the Society / trust / A Company established under section 25 of companies act
1956, and or the Institution.
6. That the facts stated in the above affidavit are true to my/our knowledge. No part
of the same is false and nothing material has been concealed there from. Details
of Land, Building and Instructional Area are given in part 1. All information is
correct. A copy attached with affidavit.

7. That, I/We, herby undertake to constitute the following committees as per APH
2016-17 Appendix-6 before commencement of the Academic Session 2016-17
in respect of application number : 1-2814363624 of St. Wilfreds Institute of
Engineering & Technology, Gegal Near Balaji Mode Ajmer.
i. Establishment of Anti Ragging Committee (As per All India
Council for Technical Education notified regulation for
prevention and prohibition of ragging in AICTE approved
technical Institutions vide No. 37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009
dated 01.07.2009).
ii.
Establishment of Grievance Redressal Committee in the
Institute and Appointment of OMBUDSMAN by the University.
(As per All India Council for Technical Education
(Establishment of Mechanism for Grievance Redressal)

Regulations, 2012, F. No. 37- 3/Lega112012, dated

25.05.2012).
iii. Establishment of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) (As
per section 4 of Sexual Harassment of Women at
Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act,
2013).
iv. Establishment of Committee for SC/ST (As per the Scheduled
Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (prevention of
Atrocities) act, 1989, No. 33 OF 1989, dated
11.09.1989).
8. That, the Institute undertakes to submit that all the employments in the
Institute will be as per the norms of the existing Labour Law and the payments
will be as per the provisions of the Minimum Wages Act of State/Central
Government.
