USERS MANUAL

The following manual guides the end users operations and processing of the data. The
menu consists of Enterprise information
Menus: - The product is a menu driven which is easily understandable and users friendly.
The product also operates on the key function which makes faster to operate.
Terminologies: - The terminology used in this product is as per the standard of any type
of business establishments.
System Requirements: - The Software has been designed on the Microsoft
Windows2000/ XP-professional edition with pack 2 version.P3/P4 or Celeron latest is
preferred.
Installation Kit: - The Software has various set up processes in installing.
INSTALLATION STEPS

Insertion of the CD/Memory card drive


Choose the folder
Open the folder-There will be various files like Reports, MDB, setup.exe
Click on the setup.exe
Screen appears with installation button click set up starts.
Click the button and wait till the message appearing as setup installed successfully
USUAL PATH INSTALLATION WILL BE-C: \\PROGRAM FILES\SALES
INVOICE
7) After the installation go back to the CD Rom drive and Copy the reports files and
paste to the path as per the above mentioned.
8) Start menu/open control panel/select administrative tools/select systemDSN/Add
or Configure/Type SalesInvoice/click the select button-directories appears/select
C:\\program files\salesinvocie\sales invoice.mdb file appears/lick of all the
3windows.
9) Start menu/Program files/SALES INVOICE is available
10) Select the sales invoice and right click/select the desktop shortcut
11) Open the Software/User name and Password appears
12) Type the username and pass word

After the user name and password is typed in .below is the Menu opens

Below in the menu consists of various buttons.

ADD The button is used to edit when a new entries are made in the forms
SAVE- The button is used to save the new add entries
VIEW-The button is used to view the details as entered previously
DELETE- The button is used to delete any entries made previously. Any entry can be
selected and deleted which the new entries and transactions gets deleted.
RESET-The button is used to reset the complete form newly and start from the beginning
CLOSE-The button is used to close the complete form

MASTERS- The menu consists of the various sub menus


1) CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS It provides the information to enter the details of the
customers like name, address-line1/line2/line3, TIN no, ECC No etc. and can SAVE
the details.
2) UNITS-It provides to enter the type of units which is expressed in terms of the
quantity like Numbers, meters, Kilograms, SQfeet etc.
3) PRODUCTS-It provides the details to enter the product name, description of the
product/Drawing number. Also the Unit price is set for each product and can SAVE
the products details which are just one time entry.

TRANSACTIONS: - In the transactions form the menu consists of various sub menus.
1) DC- Delivery Challan
2) TAX INVOICE
3) SERVICE TAXDC-Delivery Challan- The form consists of generating the Delivery Challans .In this
form the users shall enter the DC number and the date shows the present date and select
the previous date. The form also consists of the customers list by the click on the
customer label, all the customers list appears and can select the required customer details
will display automatically. In the item details select the Items and enter the quantity and
ENTER. For the second item come to the second line and select the item2 and enter the
quantity. After the required selections SAVE the form and take the PRINT PREVIEW
and PRINT is taken.

TAX INVOICE: - In the tax invoice form the processes are same as DC form.
SERVICE TAX: - In the Service tax form the processes are same as DC form.
CUSTOMERS PAYMENTS: - In the customers payments the amount received is
entered and the balance payment is displayed automatically. Also it consists of the
particular invoice the payment is cleared.
REPORTS MENU: - The menu consists of various reports like customers details,
products details .Delivery challan reports, Tax Invoice reports-Customer wise/product
wise, Date wise, tax wise etc.
UTILITY: - The form provides to take the data back up as and when required. The back
up can be taken once weekly/fortnightly, monthly or more. It can be in C or D drives
which ever is convenient it can be stored in the CD or Pen drive.
