CANCELLATIONANDREFUNDPOLICY
1. TheindividualcomponentsoftheGoPackagei.e.eithertheflightorbusorthehotelstaycannotbecancelled.
2. Thecustomershallbefullyrefundedonlyintheeventoftechnicalerrorsongoibibosendoralternativelygivenanoptiontorebookon
alternativeservicesprovidedthecostofsuchservicesdonotexceedtheservicesbookedbytheCustomerwhichwerefaileddueto
technicalerrors.
3. IntheeventofCancellationofallthethreecomponents(flight,busandhotelstay),theCustomershallberefundedafterdeductionof
Rs1000(RupeesOneThousandonly)asGoibiboCancellationfeeoverandabovetheCancellationFeesoftheindividualcomponents
inaccordancewithGeneralTermsandConditionsofGoibibo.
4. CancellationofanycombinationoftheGoPackageshallbeallowediftherequestisplaced24hourspriortothedateofavailingthefirst
serviceoftheGopackage,i.e.,hotelorbusorflight.
5. Oncebooked,theCustomercannotamendtheGoPackage,beitindividualcomponentorthebundledPackage.
