High Resolution Audio

High Resolution Audio (HRA) files bring you as close as possible to the original
studio master recording, with a wide frequency bandwidth and a high dynamic
range that exceeds the capabilities of the 16bit/44.1kHz CD format. Onkyo has
taken an end-to-end approach that encompasses the Onkyo HF Player app,
Onkyo Music downloading service and the acoustic design of Onkyos HRA
headphones. This ensures no weak links in the audio chain and allows Onkyo
to faithfully reproduce complex HRA files, enabling you to hear every subtle
detail of the original studio recording.
Pure precision
To create the purest sound, optimized 50mm high power drivers are used
inside a closed back architecture to offer both high levels of passive isolation and
pristine sound for the best possible listening experience. An advanced headphone
housing construction further eliminates vibration to sharpen treble response,
while all other parts are engineered for precision and performance to create
clear, dynamic and natural bass.
Premium craftsmanship
A modern gold and black design echoes the looks of traditional musical
instruments, emphasizing the H900Ms ability to deliver an unforgettable
listening experience. A unique broad headband design distributes headphone
weight evenly, and synthetic leather improves sweat and moisture resistance
when used outdoors. Around the ears are a premium soft synthetic leather
coupled with memory foam to ensure a contoured and comfortable acoustic
seal for excellent passive noise isolation. This keeps the details of music in,
and unwanted noise out.
