Cargo Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated under Companies Act (No. 1
of 1956) on 04 September 1997. The Company is engaged in maintenance of
TATA Low floor buses at Delhi. TATA has sold 2500 Low Floor buses to Delhi
Transport Corporation and under taken annual maintenance contract for 12+2
years. The maintenance of 1010 buses has been subcontracted to Cargo
Construction Company Pvt. Ltd (CCCPL) at three Depots i.e. Sarojini Nagar Depot
(100 Buses), Wazirpur Depot (110 Buses), Millennium Park Depot (800 Buses). As
per contract CCCPL has to carryout prescribed maintenance of buses as per TATA
Motors Ltd.
(TML) guidelines on daily basis. The maintenance of schedules includes Daily
Checks, Ten Days Checks, Schedule Services and Present ability of Buses. In case
of any breakdown onsite repair has to be carried out to make the bus on road.
CCCPL has to provide constant service support 247 to ensure DTC Fleet of
Buses are operational at all times. To undertake these operations, CCCPL has to
provide manpower and tools as per TML guide lines to ensure maintenance at
the Depot. Wazirpur Depot was made operational on 06 Feb 2010 and Sarojini
Nagar Depot on 15 Feb 2010.

TATA Motors Ltd allotted the Millennium Depot operations of 800 Low Floor Buses for
Common Wealth Games transportation to CARGO on 15 July 2010. CARGO
successfully executed the enviable maintenance and repair of the DTC Fleet
during Common Wealth games.

For last three years CARGO is maintaining the DTC fleet round the clock and
ensuring quality services are provided to TML and DTC.
