IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ( EULA ) is a legal agre
ement between you and THE AUTHOR for the software product identified above, whic
h includes computer software, program resources and associated product documenta
tion.
By installing, copying or otherwise using the PRODUCT you are agreeing to be bou
nd by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, the
n do not install, distribute or use the PRODUCT.
GENERAL
The PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
The PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. The license to use the PRODUCT is non transf
erable. This EULA gives you the right to use the PRODUCT, but all rights not spe
cifically mentioned in this agreement, including ownership rights, intellectual
property rights, trademarks and copyright, are entirely and exclusively reserved
to and by THE AUTHOR.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Free Version: You are hereby licensed by THE AUTHOR to use the free version of
the PRODUCT for your personal, non-commercial use only, on one or more computers
. This version may display adverts and may use your internet bandwidth, processo
r and computer memory even when you did not launch the program manually. Any com
mercial use of the PRODUCT is strictly forbidden, under this EULA. If you wish t
o engage in any kind of commercial use of the PRODUCT, you are required to obtai
n an appropriate license to use the PRODUCT.
Professional Version ( PAID PRODUCT ): You shall acquire additional registration or
activation codes ( CODE ) from THE AUTHOR. You shall dedicate a CODE for each desig
nated physical computer on which the PAID PRODUCT is installed. A CODE for the P
AID PRODUCT may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. You
shall not share or run the PAID PRODUCT over a network. THE AUTHOR may, from ti
me to time, use technological measures to prevent the unauthorized use of the PA
ID PRODUCT and to protect THE AUTHOR's intellectual property rights. You hereby
agree to such measures.
DISTRIBUTION
You may freely distribute the free version of the PRODUCT in any way as long as
it is the original archive supplied by THE AUTHOR.
UNINSTALLATION
You can uninstall this PRODUCT from your computer at any time if you no longer u
se it or if you want to free up space on your hard disk. To uninstall this PRODU
CT, click on the start button and look for start menu folder for this PRODUCT. O
pen it once you find it and click on Uninstall.
You can also use Windows Programs and Features to uninstall this PRODUCT.
Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel,
clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Select this PRODUCT
, and then click Uninstall.
PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and this PRODUCT does not collect any information throug
h or from your computer. Should you decide to upgrade this PRODUCT into a PAID P
RODUCT, you will have to submit some information to our e-commerce services prov
ider through a web page. The webpage contains a link to the privacy policy of ou
r e-commerce services provider, describing what information is collected from yo
u and your computer, and how that information is used. The registration window o
f this PRODUCT also has a link to the privacy policy of our e-commerce services
provider.
LIMITATIONS
The PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be sepa
rated for use on more than one computer.
You must not (a) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise translat
e the PRODUCT except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly perm
itted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; (b) create derivative w
orks based upon the PRODUCT; (c) assign, transfer, pledge, lease, lend, loan, re
nt, borrow, sell, resell, sublicense all or any portion of the PRODUCT, or share
your rights under this EULA; (d) publish activation codes and/or other registra
tion information.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
In no event shall THE AUTHOR or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoev
er (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, busines
s interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arisi
ng out of the use of or inability to use the PRODUCT, even if THE AUTHOR has bee
n advised of the possibility of such damages.
TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, THE AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you
fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you m
ust destroy all copies of the PRODUCT.
