A. STUDENT OUTCOME
1. To become responsible citizens in our country by upholding the
ordinances and laws
for nation building;
2. To become God-fearing people who will promote and observe values
that will
develop their good relationship toward their fellowmen;
3. To become future leaders that will govern honest and faithful
governance to our
country;
4. To be more innovative and self-reliance in order for them not to
become burden to
our nation.
B. INSTRUCTIONAL CLIMATE
1. Create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning;
2. Provide high-tech facilities that will help the students enhance their
technological
skills to become ready in the world of work;
3. Strengthen the Supreme Students Government and other school
organizations that
will help develop the learners leadership skills;
4. Help students involve in the religious activities in order to grow their
personal

relationship and strengthen faith in God and develop desirable


values.
C. TEACHING AND LEARNING (INSTRUCTION)
1. To ensure that quality of instruction were given to the learners;
2. Improve the competencies of teachers by encouraging them to
continue and finish
their studies in graduate school;
3. Send the teachers to various seminars, trainings and workshop to
develop
professional skills;
4. Conduct various In-service Trainings (INSETs) in the school to meet
the needs of the
teachers;
5. To observe and supervise teachers in order for them to become
more competent and
effective in the delivery of instruction;
6. To provide more instructional materials that will enhance teachinglearning process;
7. To enhance the curriculum to suit the needs of the learners;
8. Provide incentives for the performing teachers.
D. LEADERSHIP AND GUIDANCE
1. Poster harmonious relationship among teachers and school head;
2. Practice the democratic style of leadership where teachers and
other stakeholders
can express their ideas freely;
3. Provide an avenue where open-communication is observe;
4. Transparency of all transaction is observe.
5. Observe shared-governance in the school.
