DIFFERENT PURPOSES?
We use a large amount of water each day.
We use water in homes, industries, schools
and in offices .water has no alternative in this

world. In homes, we use water for cooking,

bathing and washing purposes. In factories
water is used for as solvents for making a lot
of useful products such as fizzy drinks,
shampoos, colas, medicines etc. In offices,
water is used for drinking and
cleaning purposes. In
school water is used
for drinking purpose and washing purpose and
for watering the plants. Water is vital for living
a fit life on earth. So, no one can deny its
usage and importance. Moreover water is also
used in research centers and laboratories.

HOW MUCH WATER IS WASTED IN
OUR DAILY ACTIVITIES?
We are thankless people. We dont say thank
you to God for his precious gift Water to his
creation. We rather waste water to a large
extent .we dont bother to close tap after its use
and left a lot of fresh water to go into drain. The
areas, where our government has supplied free
waste of water, people dont use taps to let water
stop flowing after its use and a lot of water flows
into street and from streets into the drains.
Even in factories a lot is pumped out but a
rare fraction is used and the remaining water is
wasted.
We must be careful and aware of using this
fresh water because in near future we wont find
enough fresh water either for ourselves or for
crops. People must be got informed about their
carelessness and foolishness and wasting this fresh
God gifted water to his creation. We rather waste
water to a large extent .We dont bother to close
tap after its use and let a lot of freshwater to go
into drain.

IS THERE AWAY OF WASTING LESS
WATER?

Water is a great gift of Allah Almighty. We

should use it with care. In our religion Islam
wasting water is also sin. So we must develop our
habits to be responsible citizens of our sweet
homeland and humble followers of Islam. In
Pakistan every year floods occurs due to heavy
rain. We dont build dams and stop floods to our
selfishness and foolishness. A lot of rain water not
only destroys the villages and cities but also goes
into as wasted water.

So we make dams. In homes, we must have proper

taps for stopping extra water going into drains. In
schools, students must be educated how to save
fresh water. In factories there must be proper way
of pumping out such water that is needed. We

must arrange seminars and walks to make people

aware of the importance of water.

HOW CAN WE MAKE OUR
COMMUNITY CONSCIOUS OF ITS WISE
USE?
We should arrange seminars debate
competitions, walks, essay writing ad painting
competitions for making people aware of the wise
and real use of water.

The government can select people locally and

award them prizes for using water wisely. We must
be responsible and have an eye on our neighbors
and guide them if they waste water. In short, a
collective awareness is needed for the wise use of
water.
