Ibelievethereisathreepartequationtobecomingafulfillingsuccessfulemployeein
businessandmarketing.Youmustfirstpossessastrivetowardpersonalcareergrowth,aswellas
activetimemanagementandorganization,andmostimportantlyanoverallpositiveattitudein
andabouttheworkplace.
Asanewlyhiredemployeethereisonlyroomfordevelopmentandescalationinmyfieldof
work.IfindmyselfobservingandadoptingbehaviorsfromveterancoworkersthatIadmireand
findusefulinmydaytodaytasks.Afreshhireisalsotheperfectcandidateforadaptingnew
practicesandshapingcorevaluesandstrongbeliefsthatthecompanywishestoportraythrough
theirworkforce.OnceIbecomecomfortableandeducatedinmyenvironment,Ithenseekto
exceltothebestofmyabilities.Ifthereisawaytoimprove,whetherinverticalmovementinthe

membersintheofficedemandsapositiveupliftingattitudefrommeasanemployee.Thelaststep
totheequationofbeingasuccessfulworkeris,whatIbelieve,themostimportantfactor.Not
onlydoesstayingpositivedevelopamoreenergizingatmosphereatwork,italsoencouragesa
brighteroutlookonattendanceatwork.WithanupliftingperspectiveofmycompanyIammore
eagertowakeupandcometoworkeverydayallwhileachievingthehighproductionratesand
developmentasanemployeethatIseektopursueonaprofessionallevel.
CombinedthesethreevaluesthatIlooktofulfillinmybusinessandmarketingcareer
willcreateapassionateemployeethatreflectsonlythehighestofstandardsandexcellenceonthe

Duringmyfirstyearofemploymentmygoalistolearnthelayoutandorganizationofthe
companythroughmyinternship.Iplantobecomfortableintheworkplace,abletovoicemyideas
tobenefitthecompanywhereapplicable.Iwilldeveloptrustingrelationshipswiththestaffto
buildresourcesforgrowthintheoffice.
AtfiveyearsofemploymentIaimtobeinamanagementorleadershippositioninthesame
company.Iwillbepursuingmydreamtoreturntoschoolformymastersinbusiness.Atthis
pointIplantohaveassistedthecompany'sgrowthbyexpandingthenumber,location,andtype
ofconsumerreached,aswellascreativeoutletsformarketing.Ialsowillhavecreatedastronger
familymindedrelationshipthroughouttheofficestaff,whilehavingasenseofownershipinthe
employees.
AftermytenthyearinthebusinessIwillcontinuetoseekgrowthinleadershipaslongasthe
companyallows.IwillpursueownershipinmyowncompanyandusetheexperienceIhave
