IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Only one application will be considered for applicants who submit more than one application.
2. Incomplete application will not be considered.
3. Documents
3.1. Only applicants who sat for SPM/O Level/UEC/STPM/A Level or equivalent qualification in 2015
and 2016 may submit their result slip. Applicants who sat for their examination prior to 2015 are
required to submit a copy of their SPM/O Level/STPM/A Level or equivalent certificate.
3.2. Applicants must submit clear copies of their documents which must be certified true copies. DO
NOT SEND ORIGINAL COPY.
3.3. Documents to be certified true copies must be done by the School Principal/Commissioner for
Oath/Officers from TAR UC with signature, full name, designation and official stamp.
3.4. If an applicant name/MyKad number is different from the examination certificate name/MyKad
number, please attach a letter from the Commissioner for Oath to certify that the name/MyKad
number belongs to the same person.
4. Application outcome will be made known to you by post. SMS will be sent to successful applicants.
You can also check your application status through the University College website.
5. The University College reserves the right to make variations to the contents or methods of delivery of
programmes or not to conduct the programmes, if such action is deemed necessary.
