Agenda for Annual Meeting (2016-17)

Ideology and Philosophy of IIS must be adhered to maintain decorum and
standards of IIS.
Strengthening of prayer by having short activities to indulge ideology and
philosophy of IIS.
Stress on spoken English on priority.
Conducive environment in school and proper decorum to be maintained.
Ensure good turn-out of students and also ensure proper discipline.
Discipline of students should be checked/movement from one class to another
should be in a proper way with the teacher leading the students.
Behavioral problems are to be dealt with care with intimation and discussion
with the Principal.
Keep record of under performers and have proper communication with the
parents through diaries and telephonic conversation.
Integration of scholastic and co-scholastic discipline.
Keep you targets well planned.
Submit the lesson plan fortnightly i.e. on 1st and on 16th of every month.
Reach your classes on time.
Substitutions/arrangement in the classes are to be taken in the right spirit.
Floor incharges will make arrangement for any absence during zero period.
Classroom boards to be changed frequently with only informative charts and
exhibits. For convenience each fortnight Can be allotted to different subject
teachers for making or getting the charts prepared for the board so that the
responsibility can be shared.
Bus boarding is very important if the teacher on duty is unable to reach due to
some reasons, incharge will arrange and inform accordingly.
Check on Students diary to ensure proper communication with parents.
Use of Smart class by every teacher ( Four in the entire term 2016-17 for each
subject)There will be a register kept in Smart class room in which you can book
the dates and periods for e class so that there is no clash and confusion.
Judo classes to be conducted during Assembly time only so that zero period
can be utilized properly for activities and remedial only by all the students.
Second Saturday to be made working for Classes I IX for half day for various
activities.
lnterhouse Activities to be introduced and will be conducted from grade 5
onwards Leave should be planned and taken properly with prior permission. Its
not your right its a privilege. In case of emergencies, call the principal and
inform. In case the teacher is on leave for two or more days (planned), she
should plan some work/ worksheet for the classes and get it signed by the
principal so that the same can be conducted by the substitution teacher. The
floor incharge will ensure this.
More and Rigorous Sports Activities planned and to be conducted.

Workshop for teachers for making ideal Question Paper
Exceed Workshop for teachers is required
Counseling session for students with Behavioral issues.
Workshop for Teachers taking 9th Std. to guide them about various
examination pattern (both scholastic and co-scholastic), their conduction,
tentative deadline dates, exam modalities. SMS facility activated for parents for
easy and timely communication.
School circulars to be given at the reception duly signed by the Principal

 Photographs and Certificates for different activities to be given to students on

payment, twice in a year at the time of SA results.
Do not carry mobile phones in the class and do not attend any calls /check
Whatsapp while in the class.
