reach and relevance of the programmes. FORE conducts MDPs to equip managers with knowledge, skills and attitudes for effectively
responding to global developments and competitive requirements. These MDPs are designed with an appropriate blend of conceptual
knowledge and experiential learning to germinate, grow and harvest the soft, technical and managerial skills of participants in the
contemporary business context with an emphasis on developing ability to apply learning in an efficient and effective decision making in
real world to boost the performance and privy of the organisations be it in the private, public, government, social or non-governmental
sectors.

been designed to address your organisation's changing learning needs - those that stem from a dynamic business
landscape. You'll agree that organisations that intend to capitalize on future potential opportunities need sustained
learning agenda to aid long-term growth objectives. In order to achieve this, organisations need a learning partner with
relevant expertise as a preferred change agent.
The primary agenda of FORE is to help your organisation develop leadership talent that will positively impact your
business. As your learning partner, our responsibility is not limited within the duration of the programme. Instead,
FORE helps you throughout the learning life-cycle from identifying learning needs, providing the right intervention,
administering post-programme follow-ups to enabling cross-learning across peer groups. Through our
comprehensive portfolio of programmes, we aim to provide you with learning solutions across functions and industries.
I believe this calendar will help you choose programmes based on both individual and organisational needs. If you
