Scope of work

1. This scope of work shall include the designing of following

1. Designing and planning of Security Barrack
2. Designing of staircase and overhead bridge in-front of reception
3. Designing and layout of service lane from main road at main
entrance.
4. Floor/foundation design for 20 nos. stacked car parking system.
2. The consultant shall visit the site and take the measurement of propose
facility.
3. Study the requirements and discussion with user for making of
proposal.
4. Preparation of preliminary concept, 3D view and draft layout with 2-3
option for approval of concept. In-case of concept not approved consultant
shall prepare another option till the time of approval.
5. After approval of concept consultant shall prepare detail design and
drawings (GFC).
6. Preparation of Detailed BOQ for contraction.
7. Consultant shall provide stability certificate for the structure.
8. Consultant shall do the site visit during the construction. (2 visit / Month
or in-case of any issue at site)
9. Preparation of as built drawing after construction.
