KLJ Organic Qatar floated Tender, on 21/Nov/15, have asked us to meet for pre bid meeting on
20/dec/15, Pre bid meeting happened as per the quiestionaire and add ons by the KLJ PM there are
amendments for which highlights of the pre bid meeting were shared with Raghu sir, he asked for
clarifications on some points, clarifications were done , final copy is being made to be submited to
Estimation team.

KLJ Organic Qatar floated Tender for Installation work, has been sent to the Estimation team, they
are working on it, No last date of submision proposed by KLJ, asked us to make a questionaire.
Habtoor Leighton Group has sent us a PQ format, for which we have sent them the complete pq
documents requested by them, and have fixed a meeting with their procurement taeam, I met they
have given a supply enquiry of Electrical equipments which we regreted, i will go meet Mr. Jesus
and Mr. Thelma at their masaied site., mails sent to them and requesed for presentation meeting,
which they will review our profile and revert.

Mc Dermot Int. has been awarded a project for a new Jacket, temporary deck and replacement
umbilical by QP for the North Field Alpha gas development, offshore project, for which iam finding
an opportunity to meet them and share our cabilities as a fabricator.

Week Span:

Kentz Qatar has 3 projects in hand, of which Zero Lekage Project (ZLD) RFQ will be given to us by
January. 2016, folowing up.
Mr. Manish has been requested with his GM to visit our Head Office, for a formal discussion
regarding possible project wis JV for our opertions in KSA. He has also requested for our support in
their bids to projects like SADARA (SAUDI ARAMCO+QOU CHEM), GULF RIYADAH(MANISH'S CO.) has
bid for Hydrogen Pipeline of 16inch dia whic is a 18km pipeline 3 months back to Linde who is doing
the EPC of the whole plant, its a 80 Milllion project. Following up.

Contact Mr. Kasi Murugan again of Alghanim International for his invitation which he said he will
send by 4th Jan 2016, he asked for our local support team to meet him , the issue was escalated
but no response. Following up

Contact Mr. Naseer Abdul Baky of Alghanim Int. on 4th Jan 2016 as requestedand understand how
we may proceed further, he asked for our quotes which we had sent him earlier, which was sent to
him again, following up.

Contact Mr. Hossam Eldin Helal for intallation of Sstructures, Equipments(Static & Rotary), Erection
of prefabricated spools Project: Lower FARS Heavy Oil Development programme.(Phase1)/,
escallated the matter no response.

Contact MEP contractors for HVAC job at KLJ, Namely ARABIAN Mep, GDC Qatar, Roller Engineering
for their quotes., got one quote from a different vendor, floated to Estimation team, expecting
another one by tommorow morning.
