Summary:
This End user manual is made for Shakti Hormann Pvt. Ltd., as part SAP ECC 6.0
implementation. The steps detailed here are of End user transactions that are used
in day to day business transactions.
All steps are based on configuration made as on 18.06.2016. Any changes to the
configuration that result in changes to end user transactions need to be added as
Addendum to this document.

Transporting Characteristics:
In order to transport characteristics from one server to another follow the
mentioned process.
Transaction code: BD91

Following values to be filled in above screen:

1. Characteristics
transported.

Input characteristics name which need to be

2. Logical system
Input logical system (QAS or PRD)
See Fig. 2
3. Valid from - Validity date from which the Characteristics need to valid in
QAS and PRD.
See Fig. 1

Click F4 in the logical system field.Following options will be displayed. Select the
required logic system- QAS or PRD as per the requirement.

Once the logic system has been determined and valid from date is mentioned,
execute the program and the characteristic will be transported to the required
system.

Transporting variant table

Transaction code: CLD3
Input the table name, select the logical system and input valid from date.Execute
the program and the mentioned variant table will be transported to the required
system.

Transporting variant table contents

Transaction code:CLD4
Input the variant table name,select the logical system and date. Execute the
program.
The variant table content will be transported to selected logical system
Note: Before transporting the variant table contents, variant table should be
transported to destination client.

Transporting dependencies
Transaction code: CLD2
Input the dependencies and select the logic system in which the dependencies has
to be transported.
Ones all the parameters are defined click on execute and the mentioned
dependency will be transported to selected logical system.

Transporting constraints
Transaction code:CUK2
Input the constraints name and select the logical function in which the constraint is
suppose to be transported.
Once the parameters is defined click on the execute pushbutton and the constraints
will be transported to the selected logical system.
