I. INTRODUCTION
The school is an institution where the
children and youth are being molded to develop
their young minds to be competent, responsible and
productive citizens in the future with love and fear
of the almighty. San Andres I Elementary School
being one of this institution serves as a foundation
of formal learning and developing values of pupils
for them to attain quality education.
All these would be a reality through the
supervision and leadership of School administration.
Being the manager in their respective post they play
the important role in our educational system. Wherein
all aspects regarding school development and
childrens welfare are their primary concern.
As an implementer of educational policies,

VISION
San Andres I Elementary School envision as
an institution where the children and youth are not
only competent with their learned skills but also
responsible citizens in the future with love and fear of
the Almighty.
MISION
To mold the youth and develop their young
minds to be competent, responsible and righteous
human being with love, God fearing and productive
citizens.

OBJECTIVES
1. Strengthen the development of
values education and worth ethics
among the pupils.
2. Motivate pupils to develop good
study habits.
3. Improve the reading level at least
instructional and from instructional
to independent.
4. Raise / improve the MPS of the
class by at least 2%.
5. Maintain 100% enrolment at the
end of the school year.
6. Establish linkages with GOs and
NGOs to support projects for the
improvement of the classroom and
facilitate financial needs in joining
legitimate DepEd contest.

2. Get involved in cleaning and


beautification
of
classrooms
and
surroundings.
3. Participated in the district Press Con held
at Quezon Central School and won 2 nd place
in News writing Filipino, 5th place in Photo
Journ English and Feature Writing English.
4. Participated in the district MTAP Math
Challenge and won 5th place held at Sto.
Tomas Feria Elem. School.
5. Participated in the District GSP
encampment and won 2nd place in GSP song
and yell competition held at Quezon Central
School.
6. There were 3 pupils joined in the Division
GSP Encampment held at Palayan City. One
Of them became contestant BSP on the Spot
Poster Making Contest and won 1st place.
7. There were 2 pupils participated in the
Regional Meet held at Malolos Bulacan.
One of them won 4th place in long jump and
high jump event.
8. Attended in the Division SSPG seminar
held at Talavera Central School.
9. Took up quizzes, summative tests and
other kinds of test.

I. INTRODUCTION
Teaching is considered as the noblest of all
professions. It is the process of stimulating, directing,
encouraging, evaluating and guiding that helps the
learner to acquire abilities, attitude, habits,
appreciation and skills.

3. Put up school directory through the
support of the SPG Officers and members.
4. Maintained clean and green program by

attitude
toward
cleanliness and planting ornamental and
edible plants.

Maintain a close and harmonious
relationship with the parents, PTCA officers and
Barangay officials in the community to seek their
financial and moral support for the development,
cleanliness and beautification of the school and
community as well.

A. Pupils Development
1. This S.Y. 2010-2011, I handled 13 boys
and 19 girls in Grade V.
2. Get involved in cleaning and
beautification
of
classrooms
and
surroundings.
3. Organized functional homeroom PTA
Organization and Classroom organization.
4. Took up quizzes, Periodical test, pre-test
and post test.
5. Participated in the District Feature writing
contest and won 2nd place.
6. Participated in different level of athletic
meet and won several places.
7. Participated in the District BSP and GSP
Encampment held simultaneously at Quezon
Central School as well as BSP Provincial
Encampment.
8. Participated in the District MTAP contest
held at Sto. Tomas Feria Elem. School.
9. Participated in Congressional District
Athletic Meet held at Sto. Domingo Central
School and won 2nd place in high jump as
well as in the Provincial meet.
10. Participated in the Provincial BSP
Slogan and Poster making contest and won
1st place in both category.
