I want to bring to your kind notice that I am a resident of your city where the cases of theft near ATM are
increasing day by day.It is a matter of concern as bank provides this facility for our convenience while there are
ruthless people who misuse this facility.These ATMs are misused not only at night but also during day time when
it is guarded by security guard. Thieves use such methods which even fail to stop the guard from preventing them
to rob ATM. Even the CCTV cameras are disfunctionalised by them.
It as a very serious problem for the entire nation as such cases can be seen everywhere.
So, kindly think over the issue and help in to mitigate such cases.

This is to bring into your notice that from last one week cases relating to theft and burglary are in rampant in
vicinity of the IOB ATM here as location of ATM is close to main market of T . nagar people are always in need of

transaction for their purchasing of which robbers and thieves are taking advantage as they conceal near to ATM
and target people coming out of ATM owing to the situation people feel insecure to avail ATM services leading to
inconvenience

This letter intends to inform to you that I am Savings Account customer of your bank branch for last 3 years with
SA number 15004700008596. While opening of my account I had availed overdraft facility which was up-to Rs
30,000. 6 months ago on my request (due to financial constrains) this facility was suspended by the bank.

As conditions are in favour now I request you to restart this and if possible with Rs 50,000 overdraft limit. I have
always maintained good financial relation with the bank and till date my all EMI's are also cleared.
Kindly consider the above written matter at the earliest possible and If any formal procedure is required to be

I am a resident of Kunj chowk and want to draw your attention towards the increasing numbers of
theft near ATM. Everyday we hear about 2 or 3 cases of burglary or theft near ATM located in our
vicinity. Thieves keep an eye around the ATM and closely watch the customers who came for
transaction. After coming out of ATM they go after person and trying to rob them.
So, I kindly request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps to check this type of
activity in our area.
