5S Program is an integrated concept of actions, condition and culture aimed at boos
ting productivity through basic housekeeping resources. It aims to make
discipline and
orderliness a habit of everyone in the company. 5S stands for 5 Japanese words suc
h as Seiri,
Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke which mean Sort, Systematize, Sweep, Standar
dize and Selfdiscipline, respectively

ISTIV-PAP is a values-driven human resource intervention for quality and
productivity improvement that is rooted in the five ideal attributes of a productive

Innovative, and V for strong Value for work. Uses a full cycle training and consulting
assistance.
