INTRODUCTION
The assessment of technical feasibility focuses on deeper knowledge of current
technical resources of the organization and its applicability to the anticipated needs of the

proposed system. It is an assessment of how hardware and software meets the need of the
proposed system.
This study discusses the production process and the activities of the store. It also
establishes the machinery and equipment used inside the store and other aspects relating to
the presentation of the raw materials into the finished product ready to sell. The construction
of the arrangement, size and production scheduling, all presented with the purpose of
identifying the business operation. In addition, specifications, list of machinery, tools and
equipment are listed with their corresponding cost, and raw materials are cited.
Technical aspect is the discussion of the basic flow and operation of the project. The
technical aspect is one of the essential elements of this study due to this factor responds to
the technical aspects and the basic structure of the proposed study.

Our business is located inside at Siesta Travel Break, San Roque, Tarlac City. This is
the stopover of the travelers by all people who travel north or south. We choose this site
because there are no competitors in this site or in any terminal inside Tarlac in case of selling
of tart or pie. They can buy our product to bring pasalubong to their home and love ones.

WASTE DISPOSAL
To dispose the waste in the place that the business choose, the business will
encourage the Management and also our employees to put out the waste in the trash bin. The
business will put a one trash bin inside of site to generate less waste and also will put two
trash bin beside, they are focused on recycling and segregate biodegradable and nonbiodegradable. Biodegradable means capable of being slowly destroyed and broken down
into very small parts by natural process, bacteria. Non-biodegradables type of waste that
cannot be broken down into its base compounds.
